Creative Process The Creative Brief The Creative Brief is designed based on the information provided by the client. This document reveals the purpose, the market, and the most meaningful information about the project and the brand. It is starting point to come up with those BIG ideas. It can be structured via BPS brief questionnaire or the client’s. The Creative Strategy Two to three creative strategies will be presented. They unfold the development of the concept and will set the tone of the art direction and the communication approach. These strategies usually come with a brainstorm of activation ideas and innovative options to recreate an experiential version of the final message. Art Direction Our in-house visual design team develops a branding style-guide to build creative assets following the same graphic direction and color palette. The style-guide specifies graphic treatment on all types of applications including signage, promotional material, print and online assets. The Creative Proposal Our creative proposal includes the layout of the spaces, floor plans, 3D renderings when needed, graphic treatment and applications to have a better understanding of the branding layout thoughout the event.

FLORAL DESIGN Floral Design • Floral Production • Hardware Fulfillment • On-site Installation and Removal • Blueprint Studios full service floral department is in San Francisco led by an award winning floral designer originally from NY and Hawaii. Our floral decor has graced events from multi-thousand person conferences and corporate meetings to extravagant galas and intimate soirées. In the San Francisco Bay area, we have a 2,500 sq ft warehouse of floral decor and hardware including unique floral containers, table accent decor and accessories. Project highlights include floral production for San Francisco Symphony, Google, Facebook, John Muir Gala, Stanford Health, Palo Alto Networks and more. And when the project isn’t local we are happy to design and collaborate with trusted partners all over the world.
A team recipe that works. The Blueprint Studios team has been organized to produce all size events. Every account is assigned a specific team with micro-teams that will take care of the different aspects of a project. Our structure within any medium to large account includes team members assigned according to the dates, size, and complexity of the program. • Account Management: Main client contact, liaison between the client, other partners, and internal departments, pre-show management of key dates and project timeline. Ensures infrastructure supports event objectives. • Creative Services Team: Works on concept, strategy, and branding. Works hand in hand with printing production. Includes space planning, rendering and tech drawing professionals, a creative director, and graphic design team. • Event Management & Production Team: In charge of all aspects of the project management of operations, and administrative tasks, registration, sponsor management. Production schedules pre-site and on-site. • Event Technology Team: Our IT team makes everything tech happen. From registration software to event platforms and interactive applications, our IT team get’s it done or at least will find the best solution in line, every time. • Operations Team: In charge of the pre-event logistics including warehouse, inventory stocking, shipping and receiving. • Field Operations Team: In charge of the on-site logistics, and production – Communicates with venue utility vendors and coordinates on-site ID&D and drayage when it applies. Our Field Operations Managers have extensive experience managing organized labor and supervising sub-vendors when needed. • Printing & Fabrication Team: In charge of the production of custom builds and printing production.

Our operations team is capable of managing over 100 trucks traveling to various locations on a daily basis. From local deliveries within near one of our four locations, to cross country coordination and international shipping, we are able to take our creative designs and services to literally any place in the world. Our field, warehouse and shipping and receiving teams work in sink, creating logistics strategies to optimize production, timelines, budgest and deliver the best customer experience. The Hensley Way Over the past 41 years, Hensley Event Resources has tented nearly every landmark and venue throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. From Union Square and Treasure Island to Stanford University and backyards throughout the region, we build unique environments, one structure at a time. Hensley Event Resources owns the largest tent structures in Northern California. We are committed to building upon our tenting inventory with new structures added regularly.
EVENT DESIGN & PRODUCTION We’re not afraid to get technical. After all, the more technical we get the better the final result. This is why our pre-production design services include a thorough strategy and understanding of the attendee journey that leads to the best flow, later represented in technical drawings. By highlighting structures, furniture and fixture placement, power rigging, carpet placement, creating premium renderings and building detailed graphics schedules, we give our clients the best visualization to their event or conference. We integrate technology that promotes interactivity and communications, and we strategically use it to support other project related services like registration sourcing, project management, operations and logistics.
