LUCILE PACKARD
CHILDRENS HOSPITAL STANFORD

BENEFIT GALA

BY

Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford
transcends hope and love through origami butterflies,

starry hearts and colorful décor.

This year’s gala benefiting Children’s Health Programs was even more meaningful
as it took place at the lobby of the new Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford
expansion, giving benefactors and attendees a sneak peek inside the new facility.
Although the building is still under construction and scheduled to be completed by

the end of the year, this didn’t stop Blueprint Studios and vendor partners from
putting together an enlivening gala for a great cause.

COCKTAIL RECEPTION

Cocktail reception took place
in the zephyr tent which set
the stage for a playful and
fun ambiance felt through-
out the evening. Over 5,000
sq feet of space were de-
signed with vibrant florals
and trendy furnishings with
accents in gold, fuchsia,
teal blue and lime green.

The highlight of the space
included over 1,000 origami
butterflies hand-suspend-
ed on the tent ceiling to
appear as if they were flut-
tering throughout the space.

OVER 1,000 ORIGAMI BUTTERFLIES
WERE HAND-SUSPENDED ABOVE

PLATINUM RECEPTION The Platinum Reception took place in the hospital’s garden
setting filled with fun fossil accents and woodland creatures.

Metals, earth-tones and
concrete furnishings were

featured to compliment
the lush outdoor setting.

Elegant florals

Gorgeous hand-crafted
florals were designed by
our Blueprint Studios Floral

of the various spaces.

THE DINNER RECEPTION

The Dinner Reception offered a feast of delectable culinary art
by Paula Leduc Fine Catering. The theme included accents in
yellows, soft teals and greys in the floral centerpieces, table
top décor, linens and backdrops. Lighting effects included a
rotating night time sky with stars in the shape of hearts.

The Dinner Gala benefits
the child and adolescent
mental health programs
at Packard Children’s and
Stanford School of Medicine
with the ability to serve more
patients, find more treatments
for mental health conditions
and continue to build support
for the cause.

THE NIGHT LOUNGE

As day turns
into night...

The tent transformed into
the after-party hotspot with
dazzling lighting effects by
