our pre-production design services include a thorough
strategy and understanding of the attendee journey that

Creative Process

—The Creative Brief
The Creative Brief is designed based on the information provided by the client. This document reveals the pur-
pose, the market, and the most meaningful information about the project and the brand. It is starting point to
come up with those BIG ideas. It can be structured via BPS brief questionnaire or the client’s.

—The Creative Strategy
Two to three creative strategies will be presented. They unfold the development of the concept and will set the
tone of the art direction and the communication approach. These strategies usually come with a brainstorm of
activation ideas and innovative options to recreate an experiential version of the final message.

—Art Direction
Our in-house visual design team develops a branding style-guide to build creative assets following the same
graphic direction and color palette. The style-guide specifies graphic treatment on all types of applications in-
cluding signage, promotional material, print and online assets.

—The Creative Proposal
Our creative proposal includes the layout of the spaces, floor plans, 3D renderings when needed, graphic treat-
ment and applications to have a better understanding of the branding layout thoughout the event.

FLORAL DESIGN Blueprint Studios full service floral department is in San Francisco led by
an award winning floral designer originally from NY and Hawaii. Our
floral decor has graced events from multi-thousand person conferences
and corporate meetings to extravagant galas and intimate soirées. In the
San Francisco Bay area, we have a 2,500 sq ft warehouse of floral decor
and hardware including unique floral containers, table accent decor and
accessories.

Project highlights include floral production for San Francisco Symphony,
Google, Facebook, John Muir Gala, Stanford Health, Palo Alto Networks
and more. And when the project isn’t local we are happy to design and
collaborate with trusted partners all over the world.

ATTENDEE JOURNEY MAPPING

We believe that great experiences start with great strategy. Our creative team prides itself on developing unique solutions for mapping
an attendee’s journey through an event, tradeshow or conference by developing unique strategies that combine innovative graphics,
on-brand messaging and effective visual tools, communicting clear pathways for attendees to personalize their event experience from
pre to post event. We strategically create an event road-map, through thoughtful time-lines that detail every aspect of the experience
attendees will meet. This map organizes and enhances the internal communication strategy surrounding an event through its lifecycle
and it is our production bible.

MEET OUR
V-SERIES

V-Series is a modular system made of aluminum that facilitates the construction of temporary structures by
attaching pieces together.
The system is composed of wide range of frames in standard sizes and shapes with a variety of accessories
for easy assembly.
The edge of the frames has a groove that supports SEG (Sylicon Edge Graphics) made with stretched fabric
prints for a clean graphic look. Other substrates can be applied to the frames providing a variety of designs
and options of attachments and finishes.
The v-series frames a light-weight and can be arranged in any composition
from basic counters and displays, to in-line layouts and complex customized exhibits.



SPACE PLANNING
& FLOOR PLANS

We pride ourselves on knowing the lay of the land for every project we take
on. Large-scale projects are assigned a master drafter who is dedicated to
the layout and development of each space within an event or conference.
The master drafter will communicate directly with all companies and
production teams involved to ensure that the layout of all furnishings,
fixtures, power and services are clearly identified.

DETAILED CONSTRUCTION & ASSEMBLY DRAWINGS

It’s one thing to dream it, it’s another thing to build it. That’s why with each new
fabrication or custom build, we recognize the importance of providing technical
documents to ensure on-site assembly can be done effectively and with any workforce.
We provide all appropriate build docs in a comprehensive format that clearly identifies

the way to assemble and strike each of our custom fabrications.
