Our head office is based in Milton Keynes and we opened our second office in
Leicester in 2017. In addition, we have a project site office in Wokingham. From
our three offices, we operate across the whole of the UK. We are now working in
mainland Europe and shall be operating an office in Germany soon.

What we offer

With our extensive skills and knowledge base we have a fundamental
understanding of the key drivers of our clients. As a nimble company, we retain the
flexibility to adapt our strategies and the services we offer, in order to align with
specific client needs thus ensuring we deliver value and you don’t pay for what you
don’t need.

All members of the team are true experts in their respective fields.

Our industrial experts have worked for both developer and occupier and thus
understand the full spectrum of a modern industrial facility, from a speculative
base build through to fully automated and operational status.

Our team are experienced at working across a wide range of projects, as we
support our clients on whatever requirement they have. Our projects range from
trade counter developments of around 5,000 sq ft, to industrial units ranging up to
1,000,000 sq ft.

Our commercial/mixed-use experts have worked on major projects with multiple
stakeholders and with complex sequencing of phased programmes.

director input, the project being managed by experienced
senior personnel from the outset and supported by our
developing and aspiring graduates, the project teams are
always strong.

At KAM we support continuing professional development
and encourage further development and training for all
colleagues. We offer sponsorship for those who wish to
undertake further degrees and qualifications such as
an MSc in Project Management, or for those just setting
out in a career in construction, a first degree in quantity
surveying or project management.
