Life Is Never Flat

The first time I heard the slogan, life is never flat, I didn't know what life is never flat, so I
looked it up on google then I found 1 or 2 web that can explain what life is never flat. Life is
never flat means "hidup itu tidak datar" and is synonymous with the slogan of a light chitato
snack.

In life, there are certain moments where we can laugh, sad, happy, angry, and so on. If you can
be asked to choose, people will definitely choose to be happy, you can laugh but it's not a life!
Life is between happy and sad, it alternates.

Oh yeah, have you ever felt happy and sad, definitely never had it, I myself have felt that joy
and sadness when I was at junior high school when my friends and I were fighting for the
school basketball team.

When I first entered school, there did not have a basketball team / extracurricular activity and
I was very disappointed, at that time I did not choose anything extracurricular except for
mandatory scouts. Then when I entered semester 2 I saw 2 people playing basketball on the
court after the scouts and then I was invited to play by them. They are named acid and pane,
the three of us invited others around us to play 5vs5, at that time I was very happy because
someone was playing basketball with me and at that time I was happy when I entered on
Saturdays because after the Scouts we always played basketball.

When I went to grade 2 my friend and I wanted to inaugurate basketball extracurricular
activities but before that we had to find enough members, after I told my friends at school we
got some members who were really interested and serious in basketball. Even though we found
our members did not have a coach so we were not allowed to hold basketball extracurricular
activities and did not get permission from the teachers. At that time we were practicing as if
we were just watching a basketball training video and he was taught by some people from
outside the school.

Then we were invited to spar by the NASA school even though we were not featured in some
aspects but we managed to win the first sparring. From there we began to be invited to spar by
other schools. During grade 2 we were just doing regular training and sparring against other
schools.

Then we went up to class, at that time there was a transfer student from another school who
was interested in basketball and some of the juniors became interested in basketball. We are

here looking for a coach so that our training is well organized and can follow the competitive
competitions that are there at that time. After we got our coach, we started to try to take part in
our first tournament at a prime achievement school. We only had time to train 3 times with the
coach before the tournament, at that time we lost badly by SMPN 222. There we were very
disappointed because, we were not united and blamed each other at that time.

After that incident we trained hard and started to become a team. We also often participate in
sparring with other schools, then we receive information that Sudirman's school is holding a
competition without thinking about us participating in the competition. But we still lost because
of our incompatibility at that time there was one underclassman who was not compact, which
made us annoyed because of our stubbornness. After that, we were not allowed to participate
in the tournament because we had started to approach the National Examination.

At one point we got an invitation to take part in the tournament, at that time we who were in
9th grade wanted to try it one more time. Then without the teacher's knowledge, we participated
in the tournament. In the tournament we fought hard and got 2nd place. We are here when we
are very happy because before we graduate we can give trophies to the school. We were
reprimanded here for not telling the teacher to participate in the tournament.

Yes, that's the story of my joy and sadness in basketball extracurricular 259. Now junior high
school 259 already has a basketball extracurricular activity and we are happy because there is
a place for basketball enthusiasts at junior high school 259, it's not like we used to have to be
reprimanded by the teacher for playing basketball hehehe.
