within AbbVie by identifying employees with an advanced skill or
aptitude thus enhancing their development experience by creating
an environment of exposure and social networking
Idol’s will transfer their knowledge to employees on a certain topic
focused on AbbVie’s current Learning and Development needs
Who better than AbbVie’s employees to understand the current
business needs and how certain skills can be applied to enhance
