Noads Way, We have recently submitted a planning application
Dibden Purlieu for 37 much needed new dwellings in Dibden Purlieu.
This will include 2 no. blocks of apartments,
providing 12 no. apartments, 5 no. 2 bedroom
houses and 20 no. 3 bedroom houses.

The site is ideally located within walking distance of
shops, as well as closely located to the water front
village of Hythe and the village of Brockenhurst in
the heart of the New Forest.

The Sloop, Poole

We acquired The Sloop, a pub located on a
major gyratory in Poole. We have recently
gained planning permission for its
demolition and the construction of 74
apartments to include 4 no. studio flats, 60
no. 1 bedroom flats and 9 no. 2 bedroom
flats. The proposed building will gently curve
around the site, using materials which
acknowlegde the Poole Municipal Building as
well as the more contemporary
developments close by.

These apartments will be ideally positioned
on several major bus routes, and equidistant
from both Poole and Parkstone Train
Stations with a direct route into London
Waterloo. Accessible on foot from Poole,
Ashley Cross and Lilliput and with Poole Park
directly opposite.



7-9 Lindsay Road, Poole

We acquired two detached dwellings and
are currently in planning for their
demolition and the construction of 2 no.
blocks of apartments, providing 20 no. 2
bedroom units, and 6 no. 3 bedroom
houses with associated landscaping,
parking and access.

The proposed will sit nicely nestled amongst
the wooded site, ensuring the sylvan
character of Lindsay Road is maintained. We
have carefully chosen materials to
compliment the location, including timber
cladding at first floor to help embed the
scheme in its wooded setting.

open market consent, we will actually be delivering
100% affordable housing on behalf of Stonewater.

Completion is due November 2021.

the north-dorset village of Okeford Fitzpaine.
Surrounded by stunning countryside, this development
will comprise of two ond three bedroom homes, each

development will be delivered in partnership with our
housing association client, Abri. Construction
commenced summer 2021.

our housing association client, Abri. Construction
commenced summer 2021.
