2. Brouwerij ’t IJ
It is a small brewery in Amsterdam. It is located in the former Funen
bathhouse, next to the De Gooyer windmill. The brewery was opened
by Kaspar Peterson, a former musician, in October 1985. All of
Brouwerij’t IJ’s signature beers are available on draft inside its
taproom and can be enjoyed alongside a small selection of traditional
Dutch pub food.
