serving the local juniper-based spirit in tulip-shaped glasses so full you’ll
need to lower your head to the bar to take your first sip. But there’s an
ultra-cool, ultra-modern side to some of the best bars in Amsterdam, too.
Up market lounges, world-class cocktail bars, and cutting-edge craft
breweries have transformed the Dutch capital’s drinks offering in recent
years. Here is the list of some famous bars and pubs in Amsterdam.

List of Famous Bars and Pubs in Amsterdam:
1. De Pilsener Club

De Pilsener Club displays its selection of beers, spirits, and snacks
on chalkboards at the back of its lounge and encourages customers
to order from their table. Even though it is located right next to the
busiest shopping street in the city, the Kalverstraat, it usually remains
relatively quiet compared to other nearby watering holes and have a
distinctive, old-time charm that’s difficult to find elsewhere in the
center of town.

2. Brouwerij ’t IJ

It is a small brewery in Amsterdam. It is located in the former Funen

by Kaspar Peterson, a former musician, in October 1985. All of
Brouwerij’t IJ’s signature beers are available on draft inside its
taproom and can be enjoyed alongside a small selection of traditional
Dutch pub food.
