They entered the year thin at QB and RB and deep at WR. Not only did their only starting QBs Joe Burrow and CJ Stroud both get hurt at various points, they also suffered injuries to Omarion Hampton, Sam LaPorta, Tee Higgins, and Rome Odunze - on top of dealing with Rashee Rice’s suspension to start the year. Plus both Ladd McConkey and especially Brian Thomas took major steps back after steller rookie campaigns. And then as a cherry on top, ZachCharbonnet tore his ACL late in the NFL playoffs, putting amajor damper on his 2026 prospects just when it seemedhe’d get the backfield to himself. Add it all up and you get a7-21 season and a second time missing the playoffs in threeyears. With better health NMNP should make a bid to returnto the playoffs, but with Fantasy Loveland and the Sell Outsnow both perennial contenders, the competition is steeperthan ever.QB: CFor the second year in a row, this QB room looks noticeablyworse than it did the year prior. Joe Burrow is solid whenhealthy, but just can’t seem to complete a full season. That’sbetter than CJ Stroud, who got hurt too but also struggledwhen healthy playing behind a ramshackle offensive line.Hopefully the Texans didn’t “David Carr” him. As per KTC,those two guys slipped from QB4 to QB6 and QB7 to QB18from this time last year to now, respectively. Compoundingthat issue is the continued lack of depth, with NMNProstering no third starter and several bench QBs that aren’tclear backups on their NFL teams.Notable Bench PlayersRB Zach Charbonnet RB24 Draft 2.01 - ‘23 Player '25 Finish Acquired WR Brian Thomas Jr. WR43 Draft 1.09 - ‘24 RB Tyler Allgeier RB38 Draft 2.12 - '22 WR Carnell Tate - Rookie 1.042025 FINISH:7-21 (10TH)PF: 1,485.40 (9TH)PA: 1,811.36 (1ST)SF CJ Stroud QB21 Draft 1.12 - '23 TE Oronde Gadsden TE17
One could argue Tet broke out in2025 by winning Rookie of theYear, but there’s likely more meaton the bone there. The question,as always, isn’t with Tet’stalent...it’s with Bryce Young’s. BYrecently got his fifth year optionpicked up, and hopefully he canget it together enough to feedTet. If so, watch out.POTENTIAL BREAKOUT:TET MCMILLANYou can definitely get by with aweakness at RB2, as long as yourother positions are solid. But itreally helps if you have a massivedifference maker at a “onesie”position. Enter Sam LaPorta. If hecan turn in a top five season at TE,that would go a long way towardspapering over NMNP’s RB2 hole.X-FACTOR:SAM LAPORTASam LaPorta struggled in 2025,partly due to injuries, but remains asolid player. It looked like NMNP hadunearthed a gem in OrondeGadsden, but he cooled off late in theyear and the Chargers also signedDavid Njoku.MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 53TE: CFor the second year in a row, NMNPboasts the league’s best WR room. Thiscrew contains an absurd seven of thetop 25 dynasty WRs with the addition ofCarnell Tate. As mentioned in theSummary, Ladd McConkey and BrianThomas took steps back and RomeOdunze dealt with injuries. But thosesetbacks were balanced by a Rookie ofthe Year campaign by Tet McMillan andstrong play from Rashee Rice and TeeHiggins when they were on the field.Carnell Tate joins this group to giveNMNP yet another weapon. If this squadis to return to the playoffs in 2026, theirWRs will undoubtedly lead the way.WR: A+The good news here is Omarion Hamptonlooked like a stud when healthy andshould take a big step forward with MikeMcDaniel at the controls. The bad news isZach Charbonnet tore his ACL and willlikely miss part of 2026. Tyler Allgeierescaped Bijan’s shadow only to getimmediately cucked by Jeremiyah Love. One under the radar bright spot could beChris Rodriguez, who reunited with hiscollege coach Liam Coen and could get adecent number of snaps as the 1Balongside Bhayshul Tuten.RB: CNMNP was another team thatcame out of the 2026 draft havingpocketed an extra 2027 first, andthey have their full complement ofpicks otherwise. DRAFT RECAP & GRADESMAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 56It was a bit of a departure from SOP for NMNPduring the 2026 draft. MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 58GMSpotlightWITHCOOKIN’ WITH LOVE GMLORNEThe GM spotlight traditionally highlights BTBLE’s champion. With your Lord, God, and Commissioner winning thisyear, no one needs more of my rambling. So this year we spotlight founding member Lorne, GM of Cookin’ withLove. After a bit of a rough start to his BTBLE career, Lorne holds the record for most consecutive playoffappearances with nine. Despite that impressive feat, he’s one of three founding members never to win achampionship. Read on to get his thoughts on that bitter pill, the league in general, and a lot more.Q: The 2025 season was an interesting one for you. Before the yearstarted it looked like a rebuild year, but midway through you had achance to make the playoffs and even were a buyer before ultimatelyfinishing one win short. Walk us through your 2025 season, andwhat's your overall feeling on your team for 2026?A: It was definitely a roller coaster. I came in with pretty lowexpectations and was leaning toward a full rebuild, but I also knewConor and Brad had the next couple drafts locked up, so tearing it downdidn’t really make sense. The only option was to ride it out and see whathappened. Then weeks 6 to 9 hit, and my team really took off. I even put up acouple of weekly high scores. That stretch made things interesting, and Iended up making a move to strengthen my running back group as itstarted to feel like there was a real shot at the playoffs. It came right down to the wire. Scott and I were both sitting at 12-14going into the final week, battling for the last playoff spot. I had a 32-point lead, but he had the more favorable matchup, especially withPaul’s team struggling at the end of the season. Unfortunately it didn’tgo my way. Scott pulled out the win and moved on, and I missed theplayoffs for the second straight year.Heading into 2026, I feel a bit similar. I’m not really in a position to blowit up, especially with Brad having such a strong hold on future draftcapital. There are definitely some clear weaknesses on my roster, butI’m hoping my quarterbacks and running backs can carry the load andput me in a position to compete for a playoff spot. And once you’re in,anything can happen.Q: What's your biggest regret of 2025? Move you’re most proud of?A: I don’t have too many regrets from 2025, but if I had to pick one itwould probably be buying into my own momentum a bit too muchduring that midseason run. When I went on that four-game win streak Istarted to believe the team had more upside than it probably did, whichled to the move for Josh Jacobs. The other one that stands out is trading a second for Najee Harris andthen seeing him go down to injury almost immediately. That one hurt, not just because of the production I lost. It also cost me some flexibilityheading into the stretch run.The move I’m most proud of was actually the one I didn’t make. I had afew offers for Javonte Williams early in the season, and I just had a feelinghe was finally past the injury and ready to have a strong year - especiallywith limited competition for touches.Javonte ended up being a big part of my midseason run, and it’s a goodreminder that sometimes the best move you can make is trusting your gutand staying patient.Q: Who is your favorite player in the NFL and why?A: I don’t really have one single favorite player. There are a handful ofguys I enjoy watching and most of them seem to end up on my roster, which doesn’t always make trading easy (sorry Lance). If I had to pick one, it would be between Christian McCaffrey and JamesCook. Even though I moved CMC, I’d still give him the edge. He’s justelectric to watch. Every time he touches the ball, it feels like somethingbig could happen.Q: Who do you think is the breakout player on your roster this year?A: It’s a bit slim looking at my roster, but if I had to pick I’d say eitherHerbert or Johnston takes a step forward this year. I’m especiallyinterested to see what they can do with Mike McDaniel as offensivecoordinator. That could open things up quite a bit. If things break the rightway I think one or both have a real chance to outperform expectations.Q: Do you have any bold predictions on finishes for any teams in BTBLEthis year, or NFL predictions in general?A: For BTBLE, I’m going to say either Scott or Paul ends up capturing theirfirst championship this year. If it’s Scott, I’ll be happy for him...but it’ll alsosting a bit seeing my little brother win one before me while I’m still sittinghere as a founding member without a title. From an NFL perspective, I think the Vikings bounce back and make theplayoffs, while the Eagles take a step back and just miss out.
MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 59Q: In your opinion, who is the best trade partner in the league rightnow? What makes it so?A: It’s a tie between Evan and Lance. Both are willing to take chancesand make bold moves, which makes them great to work with.A lot of managers (myself included) can overanalyze trades or letnegotiations drag out. Evan and Lance don’t do that. They’re decisive, open to ideas, and always active.Looking back, there are definitely some offers from them I wish I’daccepted. That’s usually a pretty good sign you’re dealing with the righttrade partners.Q: Which team (other than yours) would you like to see succeed thisyear?A: I’d love to see another founding member like Ty or Sean breakthrough, but realistically I don’t see that happening this year.Of the teams I do think have a shot, I’d probably say Paul. He’s puttogether some strong seasons but has also had a stretch of bad luckthat’s kept him from getting over the top. It feels like he’s due for thingsto finally go his way.Q: Who would you like to see get taken down a peg?A: To be completely honest, I’d like to see our commissioner Evan comeback down to earth a bit. He just won last year, already has multipletitles, and is sitting on a very strong roster again.I’m not wishing any bad luck on anyone, but I wouldn’t mind seeingthings not fall perfectly into place for him this year. Maybe he gets a littletrade-happy and a few of those moves don’t go his way for once.Editor’s note: Booooooooooooooo!Q: If you could take back one move from your BTBLE career, whatwould it be?A: Definitely the 2020 playoff matchup where I swapped out my startingQB in Round 2. I lost to Sean by four points, and it’s one of thosedecisions that still sticks with me.I had traded for Kyler Murray earlier in the year but ended up startingTom Brady instead because the matchup looked better on paper. Bradywas solid with 23.4 points, but Kyler went off for over 32. If I had juststuck with Kyler I would’ve won, advanced to the championship, and(based on the scores that week) would have won it all. That was one of my best chances to take the title. The only other time Ireached the championship was in 2018, and Brad pretty muchdominated that matchup; I don’t think I even cracked 100 points. Solooking back, that QB decision was the closest I’ve come to changingthe outcome of my BTBLE career.Q: You're one of three founding members (along with Sean and Ty)who've never hoisted Basically the Best Trophy Ever. Walk us throughyour celebration plans for when you attain that eternal glory.A: We’re going to Disney!!!!In all honesty there will probably be a few beers or champagne drankand then once the trophy comes home I have a nice spot already pickedout to display it for the year (or more).Q: The league all gets kidnapped and forced into a Squid Games-typescenario. Give me your breakdown as to the league's socialbreakdown and how it would all end for everyone.A: First off, this becomes less “life or death” and more “BTBLEhumiliation games.” Missed calls, bad trades, and lineup decisionsdetermine your fate. Early on, the social structure forms pretty quickly.Evan naturally takes control of the room. He’s the best negotiator in theleague, so he’s building alliances, flipping sides, and somehowimproving his position every round. The only issue is his luck. At somepoint, despite doing everything right, something random knocks himdown when he looks like the favorite.Lance is right there with him early, making aggressive deals and boldmoves to stay ahead. But true to form, late in the game he commits toohard to one risky play that doesn’t pan out and it costs him everything.Jason spends the early rounds overanalyzing every move, trying to mapout the perfect path forward. It keeps him safe early but eventually thepace of the game catches up and he runs out of time on a key decision.Chris is the fan favorite: solid, dependable, doesn’t make waves, andkeeps everyone happy (and probably still brings beer somehow). But likehis trade style, he reacts a little too slowly when things speed up, and thatcatches him eventually.Nick starts strong, leaning heavily on his running backs, and for a while itworks. But as the game shifts his strategy needs to adjust, and being midrebuild catches up to him before the final rounds.Brad is playing the long game. He’s somehow stockpiling advantages forfuture rounds...but unfortunately this isn’t a multi-year contest.Sean hangs around longer than expected. He’s competitive, steady, always in the mix, but just can’t quite get over the final hump when itmatters most.Ty tries to outsmart the system using AI and it looks brilliant… before itcompletely backfires.Conor stays under the radar the entire time. Young, rebuilding, notdrawing much attention. The classic “unknown” factor that quietly surviveslonger than people expect.Paul is right in the thick of it late. Strong positioning, good decisions, buttrue to recent history, just runs into a bit of bad luck at the worst possibletime that keeps him from closing it out.Scott is the interesting one. After spending his early “years” rebuilding, hefinally steps into contention. He plays it smart, takes advantage ofopenings, and is very much in the final group. And then there’s me. I make a strong mid-game push, maybe even go ona bit of a run, but put myself in that dangerous middle ground: too good toignore, not dominant enough to control the game. I hang around late, butjust fall short again. In the end, it comes down to someone who balances risk and timingperfectly. Scott has a real shot given how he’s built things, but if I had topick, I think the whole thing somehow ends with Evan. Surviving chaos, bad luck, and his own trade activity, only to win in a way that makes therest of us wonder how we let it happen yet again.Q: When we're all dead and gone, what do you hope they say about youin the BTBLE history books?A: I hope the record books show more good years than bad, and thateventually I was able to turn those into a few championships. I’d also liketo think there’s a pretty high trade count next to my name, hopefullybreaking 100 at some point.More than anything, I hope I’m remembered as someone who was alwaysinvolved, actively pushed the league to get better, and was never afraid totake a chance.Q: Any last words for the rest of the league?A: Good luck to everyone this year. Injuries are inevitable, but hopefullyno one’s season gets completely derailed because of them.It would also be great if we could find a few weeks where those who areable can get together to watch some games and have a few beers. And that concludes our interview with Lorne. Thanks to Lorne for histime and we wish him luck winning his first BTBLE championship...butnot too much.- Evan S.

CwL doesn’t have any flashy namesat WR, but they have a bunch of guyswho could potentially get the jobdone week to week. What they reallyneed is that elite WR1, andthere’s no better candidate thanJordan Addison. They finished 16-12 to earn the #6 seed before losing to theWagons in the first round. They subsequenly sold Saquon Barkley (hoorayfor no trade deadline) and stood at a crossroads entering 2026. Read onto find out more, but let’s just say they did not go quietly into that gentlenight and rebuild.QB: B+Starter Jalen Hurts is rock solid, racking up double digit rushingTDs every year like clockwork (that sentence is unchanged fromlast year), but the big development in 2025 was the trade up forJaxson Dart. It worked out very well; Dart showed he wasn’t just aproduct of a gimmick scheme in college. If he can stay healthy, hegives BttF two legit starters. Dart has actually passed Hurts in KTCvalue. Speaking of talent, say hello to Brock Bowers. Bowers of course struggled in2025 with injuries and a joke of an offense, but when he got back on the field hepromptly dropped nearly 40 fantasy points to remind everyone that yes, this guyis already one of the best tight ends of all time. Using so many roster spotsbehind Bowers on uninteresting veterans and Taysom Hill knocks this ratingdown to a B+.MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 69WR: BTE: B+Hurts was the QB8 last year, buthe wasn’t nearly as good asyears past, leading to somerumblings he’s not coachable orhe’s “limited”. The departure ofmuch-maligned offensivecoordinator Kevin Patullo shouldhelp, as should the additions ofMakai Lemon and Eli Stowers. Itdoes sound like AJ Brown is onhis way out, though. Regardless, ifBttF is going to make some noise,Hurts needs to return to his elitelevel of play.X-FACTOR:JALEN HURTSWith Michael Pittman now inPittsburgh (and Adonai Mitchella Jet), maybe Josh Downs willbe able to get on the field in 2-WR sets and show what he cando. He’s always been good ona per-route basis, but injuriesand only playing in 3-WR setshave held him back.POTENTIALBREAKOUT:JOSH DOWNSLed by Nico Collins and Zay Flowers, this isn’t a bad group by any means.Germie Bernard and Josh Downs offer intriguing youthful upside and thenstalwarts Davante Adams and Terry McLaurin keep chugging along. There’s notrue game breaker here but this is absolutely a group you can win achampionship with, especially given the talent at the other positions. As part of the deal to secure Jeremiyah Love at the 1.01,BttF sold both their 2027 and 2028 firsts, plus their 2027second. They do have an extra 2027 third, so they havethat going for them, which is nice.DRAFT PICKS: D+RB: BWhat an overhaul! After BttF lost in the firstround and Saquon was dealt, this roomwas perilously thin behind Ken Walker. Not anymore! After a quarter of the firstround was BttF drafting running backs(including a massive trade up for the onlyelite prospect this year, Jeremiyah Loveout of Notre Dame), this room is ready toroll. There’s a couple neat synergies heretoo: Love and Price were collegeteammates, and Price was drafted toreplace KWIII.

MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 72DRAFT RECAP & GRADESIn the past Brock to the Future has been one of the league’ssteadiest builders, not making many splashy moves and stickingwith their guys. Last year they signaled this strategy wasperhaps changing with three draft day trades, and this year itshifted even further with two more, both trade ups into the firstround and one of those a blockbuster for the 1.01. They alsomade a whopping seven total selections. Let’s break it all down.OVERALL GRADEObviously Love is the big ticket item here, since BttF mortgagedtheir future to get him. With the exception of the last one, thepicks were all pretty solid, but that future draft capital loomslarge. All that said, we saw the Kissers go “all-in” and win the‘ship last year behind an elite TE and monster RBs and it’s nothard to see BttF duplicating that feat in 2026.Grade: BDRAFT TRADES (2)As mentioned, BttF traded up for the 1.01, beating out someother contenders in a marathon 25-minute negotiation. Theysent their 2027 first and second rounders plus their 2028 firstrounder. Love is the only player in this class likely worth sendingfuture capital for and filled a huge need...but this was a lot togive up.Grade: CThe other move was another trade up into the first round, though obviously not as splashy. BttF sent their 2.05 and a 2027third to move up to 1.12. KC Concepcion was another possibilityhere but BttF had a goal of addressing the RB position.Grade: B+1.12 - JONAH COLEMAN, RB, WASHINGTONAfter trading up, BttF completed the hat trick and also their ownset of “Killer Js” at RB. It speaks to the dearth of talent in thisclass that a fourth round rookie RB was an easily defensiblechoice at 1.12.Grade: B2.07 - GERMIE BERNARD, WR, ALABAMAMaybe Mike Washington was a possibility here (he went onepick later), but BttF went for the value and grabbed Bernard. Hewent in the second in real life to noted WR drafting savants, theSteelers, but BttF got him behind multiple third round WRs.Grade: A3.06 - CARSON BECK, QB, MIAMI (FL)Beck went in the third in real life so probably won’t amount tomuch (especially if the Cards go QB in the loaded 2027 class),but for now there’s a possibility Beck is the future in the desert.Grade: B4.05 - BRENEN THOMPSON, WR, MISSISSIPPI STATEThompson ran a blazing 4.26 at the Combine and his new OCMIke McDaniel loves fast guys. The depth chart in LA is wideopen behind Ladd McConkey, and even he didn’t exactly light itup in 2025.Grade: A4.06 - J’MARI TAYLOR, RB, VIRGINIAThis was the only bad pick in this draft for BttF. Taylor is anUDFA and buried on the depth chart. Could he be the nextJames Robinson? Sure. But there were WRs and TEs on theboard that were drafted in the second and third round in real life, not to mention RBs that were also drafted. But I guess Taylorhasn’t already retired like Le’Veon Moss, so that’s something.Grade: D

During the playoffs the Buck went for it,trading their 2026 first for Michael Wilson in a effort tocounter Kyle Pitts’ 40 Thursday points. It was a valiant andultimately unsuccessful effort, and after losing the Buckmoved Matt Stafford to the aggressive Wagons in a deal thatbrought back Patrick Mahomes. It looked like the Buck wasready to roll again for 2026, but post-draft they made acurious move to trade away Jordan Mason, their only viableRB2. More moves are potentially on the way.QB: BSwapping Matt Stafford for Patrick Mahomes might be a short-termdowngrade (as crazy as that is to say) but unquestionably offers morelongterm security. The biggest issue here is depth. Mahomes was once the undisputedbest QB in the league and regularlybacked it up in fantasy. He struggled in2023 and 2024 before rebounding tofinish as the QB11 despite missing threegames. And those three games are thething, because Mahomes’s reboundwas due in large part to increasedrushing (422 yards, 5 TDs)and his season endedbecause of a torn ACL.Even if he’s ready forthe start of 2026(and it sounds like hewill be), it’s tough tosee him rushing likethat again. Can hispassing numbersrebound to pre-2023levels to compensate?X-FACTOR:PATRICK MAHOMESMAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 77It was a solid year for the Buck atWR, where they boast one of thebest groups in BTBLE. ARSBfinished WR3 like he always does, and CeeDee Lamb was solid whenhealthy. George Pickens, AlecPierce, and Michael Wilson all hadbreakout years. The onlydisappointment was Xavier Worthycontinuing the trend of fast WRsnot panning out. There’s stilltime...and if not, he’ll always havethat long TD in the Super Bowl tocut the Eagles’ lead to 34-7.WR: A+ RB: DAfter trading Jordan Mason the Buckjust have a single starting RB as of thiswriting (Tony Pollard) and according toKTC, only Sunday Funday’s RB room(consisting of literally two RBs) is worse. This squad is going to need to eithermake some moves or else have somebig time lucky breaks to get useableproduction from the RB2 spot.Uh yeah, this group is a bit rough.Yes Dallas Goedert finished as theTE4, but that was on the back of 11TDs; Goedert had previously neverscored more than five. Behind him isonly rookie Max Klare, who isintriguing given Sean McVay’s newlove affair with TES but can’t becounted on for much productionearly.TE: DLike many of these selections, one could argue Pierce broke out last yearafter posting 43-1,003-6 in 15 games. But after the Colts traded MichaelPittman and gave Pierce the bag, it’s safe to assume they have even biggerplans in store for the 2022 second round pick. That will work just fine for theBuck, who are going to need five stud WRs starting every week to compete in2026.POTENTIAL BREAKOUT: ALEC PIERCEThe Buck has no extra picks, but isonly down their 2027 second so far.Not a terrible position to be incoming into a make-or-break year. Ifthings go south, you always want tocontrol your own first for the currentyear, and the Buck does so. The factthis is a legendary draft class makesit all the more vital.DRAFT PICKS: C+

D’Andre Swift had a nice2025, as did JK Dobbins before hisannual injury. Speaking of injury, itsounds like Jonathon Brooks mightplay in 2026. But of course the realstory here is Jahmyr Gibbs andJonathan Taylor, who finished RB4and RB2 in 2025 respectively. Thosetwo alone are worth an A+ rating. The Team has already moved their2027 and 2028 fourths but otherwisehas their entire complement of picksplus an extra 2027 third. Nearly asmiddle of the road as you can get. That said, a team this good having allits first rounders for the next threeyears is impressive in and of itself.DRAFT PICKS: B

DRAFT RECAP & GRADESMAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 88After providing fireworks in 2023 by swingingthe blockbuster for Caleb Williams, the Teamhas made no trades during the draft for twoyears running. Last year their picks didn’t startuntil the third; this year they only had two picksto help restock the cupboard, but at least theywere a first and second.OVERALL GRADEA solid draft considering the Team just had thetwo picks. They didn’t do anything crazy and gotsolid value with both selections.Grade: B+1.08 Pick Player Team Pos2026 Rookie Draft Picks2.06 Omar Cooper Antonio Williams NYJ WAS WR5 WR91.08 - OMAR COOPER, WR, INDIANAAfter trying to trade down, the Team ultimatelydecided to stick and pick, snagging OmarCooper. They need help at WR and TE so thispick likely came down to two Jets, Cooper andSadiq. The Team chose collegeproduction over athleticpotential.Grade: B+2.06 - ANTONIO WILLIAMS, WR, CLEMSONWith their other pick the Team double tappedWR, grabbing Antonio Williams out of Clemson.Williams received some first round hype at onepoint but ultimately slid to the third due to injuryissues his final season. He’s currently behindaging Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel, butthey shouldn’t be insurmountable obstacles toWilliams eventually becoming Jayden Daniels’top target if Williams himself is up to the task.Grade: B+

Jayden Daniels struggled abit in 2025, mostly due toinjuries, but Trevor Lawrencepicked up the slack, finallyhitting on his immensepotential and finishing as theQB4. A late season trade for Baker Mayfieldwas a nice move to bolster this group, especially with Michael Penix going downto another torn ACL and his futuresuddenly looking murky. It came down to the final week of2025, but Fantasy Loveland did make the playoffsfor the first time in franchise history. And like the Sell Outs in 2024, their playoff debut was a smashing success as Fantasy Loveland ousted the two-time defending champion Fantasy Football Team. In the second round they were sitting pretty to score a secondstraight upset - this one over the #1 seed SisterKissers - only for TreVeyon Henderson to getconcussed right at the beginning of Sunday NightFootball. That was a brutal beat, but the future looksincredibly bright for a squad stacked with goodyoung players at every single position.QB: A+QB Michael Penix QB33 Player '25 Finish RB Bhayshul Tuten RB51 RB Kyle Monangai RB30 WR WR Jayden Higgins Ricky Pearsall WR46 WR762025 FINISH:13-15 (7TH)PF: 1,643.66 (7TH)PA: 1,590.26 (6TH)SF Trevor Lawrence QB4 TE Harold Fannin Jr. TE6 QB Baker Mayfield QB12 MAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 92 TE Dalton Kincaid TE18
Fantasy Loveland doesn’t roster that truly elite running back, but they have multiple solid young guys, let by QuinshonJudkins and TreVeyon Henderson. Bucky Irving had someweird injury issues in 2025, but Bhayshul Tuten is poisedto emerge as the Jags’ lead back. Another excellentgroup here.RB: AMAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 93Irving was a huge hit as a rookie butbackslid in 2025 after suffering a shoulderinjury and apparently some mental healthstuff as a consequence. He lost his goalline work to Sean Tucker, and whileRachaad White moved on, the Bucsbrought in Kenny Gainwell who should filla similar pass-catching role. Without goalline or receiving work, Irving’s fantasyprospects are grim. He needs to securesome of those touches to score the wayFantasy Loveland needs him to.X-FACTOR: BUCKY IRVINGCoker got some buzz in preseason lastyear before suffering an injury thatderailed his year. Once he ramped upthough he had some solid games downthe stretch, highlighted by a 12-9-134-1explosion in the Panthers’ surprisinglyclose playoff loss to the Rams. If he cankeep that momentum into 2026, lookout.POTENTIAL BREAKOUT:JALEN COKERFantasy Loveland made two great trades for TEsin 2025, acquiring Harold Fannin Jr. and teamnamesake Colston Loveland to suddenly givethemselves two top-five dynasty TEs. The futurelooks incredibly bright here, especially withregards to Loveland who by the time the playoffsrolled around looked like the clear alpha on ateam featuring Rome Odunze, Luther Burden, and DJ Moore.TE: A+WR: B+Another year, another massivebatch of WRs on this roster. DrakeLondon and Chris Olave both hadbanner 2025 sesons, and EmekaEgbuka started strong before fadinga bit. The jury is still out on RickyPearsall, but other young guys likeJalen Coker and Rashid Shaheedhave shown promise and rookieTed Hurst is already getting somebuzz. Overall this is another greatgroup, but misses the “A” ratingdue to the sheer number of rosterspots being used.Loveland is down their 2027 first, second, and third entering 2026.Extra fourths in 2027 and 2028 don’tdo much to balance that loss. Afteryears of patiently hoarding picks, thissquad has flipped the switch and isnow firmly contending.DRAFT PICKS: D

DRAFT RECAP & GRADESMAY 2026 | ISSUE 04 96 2.12 Pick Player Team Pos2026 Rookie Draft Picks3.05 Ted Hurst Malachi Fields TB NYG WR13 WR15After making a whopping eight picks last year -including four first rounders - Fantasy Loveland hastaken more of a win-now approach lately, moving alot of draft capital. Consequently they made just twopicks this time around, but were active in the trademarket as usual despite being the only team notrepresented in person at the draft.2.12 - TED HURST, WR, GEORGIA STATEAt the end of the second the pickings are slimespecially in a weak class. But Loveland may havehit the jackpot, since Ted Hurst is already gettingsome buzz as a potential starter for the Bucs.Grade: B+3.05 - MALACHI FIELDS, WR, NOTRE DAMEOn the one hand, this is the 3.05 in a weak class, sowhatever. But on the other hand, Loveland alreadyrosters a million WRs. Carson Beck and Oscar Delpwere on the board along with later guys like MaxKlare. Even at WR, Chris Brazzell might have been abetter pick. Maybe that’s splitting hairs, but thisselection doesn’t inspire.Grade: DOVERALL GRADEThis was a weird and quiet draft for FantasyLoveland, which they came away from with threeWRs who will be lucky to ever see their startinglineup and down a 2027 second round pick.Grade: DDRAFT TRADES (3)Fantasy Loveland made three trades during thedraft. The first was to trade up into the second roundby sending Rashod Bateman and the 3.03 to theWagons for 2.12 and a 2027 fourth. A solid tradehere especially because it cleared out a rosterclogger.Grade: B+One pick later Loveland traded up again, moving a2027 second and a 2027 fourth for the 3.01 andJahan Dotson. This was a frankly puzzling movesince Loveland just shipped off a better receiver, and they moved valuable 2027 capital to boot.Grade: FThe next trade was an odd one. It was detailed inCookin’ with Love’s section but to recap:Loveland timed out on their new 3.01pick and got the commissioner toreverse it. No biggie. But then they alsomisclicked their actual pick and didn’twant to ask for another reversal. They ended up trading the player they picked a 3.01(Skyler Bell) to CwL for the 3.05 so they could takethe player they actually wanted. A weird situation allaround, but also strictly a value loss.Grade: D
