A History of our Lovely Apostle
Apostle and Senior Pastor Glenda J. Collier answered the call of the Lord at the tender age of 11 years
old. She began ministering at the age of 12. As a native of Alma, Georgia, it was evident that there was a great
call on her life. The enthusiasm that she displayed while serving the Lord caused her to be a great contributor to win-
ning souls for the Kingdom of God early in her walk with Christ.
The impact that she exhibited led to her appointment as an Evangelist. As such, God continued to use her to
cause countless people to commit their souls to the Lord and be steadfast in their service. Apostle/Pastor Collier is
blessed to have 7 children and 7 grandchildren. She has since been elevated by the Lord to the position of Apostle
and Pastor, where she continues to demonstrate the highest capabilities of leading God’s people. She has been or-
dained by the Church of God in Christ as well as the Apostolic Ministry.
Apostle/Pastor Collier operates in the 5-fold ministry as an Apostle, a Prophet, an Evangelist, a Pastor
and a Teacher. She also ministers through song. She has committed her life to serving and helping every person,
regardless of background and economic status, to achieve their fullest potential. Because of this commitment, she has
traveled throughout the United States and has followed the call of ministry to places as far as London, England.
Without compromising His Word, there are no great lengths that she will not go in her service to the Lord. God has
endowed her with the greatest gift of all, which is LOVE. This awesome vessel desires that all people receive the
blessings of God’s everlasting love and grace through the untainted preaching of the Word of God.
Throughout her ministry, God has been glorified in all that she does. Many have been and continue to be
healed, delivered, saved and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Spirit. She has gone into the prisons, street
gangs, on street corners, wherever God has lead her to in order to preach and teach His people. Of all of these min-
istries that she does, one of her greatest passions is prison ministry.
Apostle Glenda J. Collier was commissioned by God to be Senior Pastor and founder of Reaching the Lost
Agape Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia in April of 2001. The mission of reaching the lost no matter the cost is true
of this awesome woman of God. She is a true martyr on the battlefield and she is totally committed to the Lord. Her
life is a testimony to God’s glory.

Pastor Joan Lee is a dynamic woman of God. Having
dedicated her life to the Lord more than 42 years ago,
she remains a right example of a truly virtuous woman.
Sister Lee was just a young wife and mother when she
and her husband Marshall Lee were stationed at Fort Bragg,
North Carolina. It was during this time in November 1976 that
she felt God drawing her to Him. She committed her life to Him and became a faithful and dedicated
member of new Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina. While there, God called
Brother Lee into the pastoral ministry. Sister Lee and Pastor Lee remained in Fayetteville for three years
before God saw fit to move them to Germany.
God continued His work in Sister Lee and she grew tremendously in God while in Germany. While
there, Sister Lee felt the call of God on her life and began her ministry. God ordained her as an Evangelist
while in Germany. God allowed Evangelist Lee to preach across Europe and even blessed the Lee’s with the
opportunity to pastor a church in Butzbach, West Germany. After several years there, God told Evangelist
Lee to start and pastor a church in Junction City, Kansas and that’s just what the obedient servants did for
11 years. While over seeing God’s sheep in Kansas, Evangelist Lee was able to evangelize around the
country in such places as Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, Colorado and Virginia (just to name a
few). She was also blessed with the opportunity to preach internationally to God’s flock in Panama, Puerto
Rico and England.
Pastor and Evangelist Lee relocated from Kansas to Austin, Texas in 1993. Here they established
another New Testament Holiness Church. After planting another church and staying there for sixteen years,
the Lord saw fit to move them to Newnan, Georgia in 2009.
Again God’s faithful servants started another church in Newnan. The Lord spoke to Evangelist Lee
and told her that the name of the church was to change from New Testament Holiness Church to Hearts of
Love Outreach Ministry. Evangelist Lee, who is also a Pastor said the Lord had a heart of Love for all people
and that this church was to be an outreach ministry. The ministry gives out food, bread, pastries and
clothes on Saturdays as they come. The Lord also spoke to Evangelist Lee and told her to have an outside
platform built so that they can
“It has been a tremendous blessing as we go into the hedges and the
have outside street services.
highways and compile the people to come in. We use both the old
and new testament and the gospel as the foundation for our faith
and the inspiration for our daily lives. We put those teachings into
practice at home and at work.”

As a youth, Pastor Gonder was reared up serving in
ministry under the tutelage of his parents, the late Apostle Ernest
Sr. and Pastor Barbara Gonder. Pastor Gonder served several
churches as a minister of music from 1999-2009. Unbeknown, God
was nurturing and maturing him for a time such as this. The call to
pastor was prophesied and confirmed by several pastors including Pastor Barr when he hired Pastor
Gonder as the St. Paul Minister of Music in 2006.
In October of 2009, Pastor Gonder heard from God and conferred with his wife, Lady Victoria.
Lady Victoria confirmed that it was God’s calling on their lives and stated that the place shall be called
“Love Fellowship Worship Center”. In December of 2009, Love Fellowship Worship Center was
birthed and started having weekly services in a store front in Pompano Bach. In 2010, God led Pastor
Gonder to claim a property in Pompano, just East of that location. It was that very year that Love
Fellowship rented a room at that property.
The very day that Pastor and Lady Gonder walked onto the property, Pastor Gonder declared,
“This is our church”. It was one year later, that Love Fellowship transitioned from renting to owning
that property. Throughout the years, Pastor Gonder preached faith and power of speaking those
things that are not as though they were. He consistently told us to prepare because God was getting
ready to shift us. In October of 2017, Pastor Gonder was informed through community insight that a
church in Deerfield was for sale. He and Lady Gonder met with the pastor of that church. During that
meeting, he felt the power of God as he stood in the pulpit and declared “This is our church”. On
December 8, 2017, God honored the words and faith of his servant
and Love Fellowship obtained that facility.
In October o f2018, God led Pastor Gonder to
rename love Fellowship to the impact Center. The
new name was launched on November 4, 2013 and
the church continues to experience explosive
spiritual and numeric growth. We know that God
has so much in store for everyone connected to the I
mpact Center and its leaders, therefore, we will continue
to press for the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

Our Shepherd
This pastor appreciation poem is adapted from Psalm 23.
The Lord gave us a shepherd,
We're no longer in want.
She helps us find God's green pastures,
She leads us along still waters,
And she is used by God to restore our souls.
She guides us by straight pathways,
Bringing honor to God's name.
When we walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
We are not afraid because she walks with us.
Her teaching and correction comfort and strengthen us.
She helps us stand strong in the face of evil.
She is the oil of healing and health in our souls.
Through her God has overflowed our lives with blessing.
Goodness and mercy are sure to follow us all our days,
And we are secure in eternal life
Because the Lord gave us a shepherd.
