his early days as a ham radio operator, Nick founded Ytel to give small
and medium size businesses access to call center and communications
software normally reserved for large corporations. Nick leads with
transparency and holds customer service as our number one priority.

Matt provides Ytel with avenues to do things different. As a software
developer with close to 20 years experience, Matt is aggressive on
deliverables and is able to get projects done. Matt is a successful inventor and

Brian is responsible for all technical operations. His role is to be the eye in the
