a variety of conditions that cause mental and/or physical limitations, and include autism,
cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mental retardation and other neurological impairments.
Effective January 2010, the Greenburgh Parks and Recreation, Special Recreation division has
become a Medicaid Waiver Provider. We will continue to charge fees for program instructors, food,
transportation, admission, supplies, entertainment, etc. Medicaid will be covering the cost of staff
for programs. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Noel Broccoli at 693-8985 x128.

Special Recreation, Noel Broccoli, CTRS, administers and coordinate activities for disabled residents
in the unincorporated area of Greenburgh and the incorporated Villages of Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry,
Elmsford, Hastings, Irvington, and Tarrytown. The Director is the Recreation Inclusion Officer for all
