being the city of La Crosse. La Crosse County is also included in the La Crosse-
Onalaska, WI-MN Metropolitan Statistical Area and also happens to be the most
populous county on Wisconsin's western border.
Lying alongside the Mississippi River is the city of La Crosse which is also the largest
city on Wisconsin's western border. The area is known as a regional technology and
medical hub, and has been beneficial in the health, education and well-being of the
residents here. There area also many different fun and recreational acitivites. You can
take a bike ride through some of the beautiful landscapes, go shopping, visit a
brewery or vineyard or even enjoy a cruise on the river. La Crosse County also offers
excellent opportunities for hikings, fishing, hunting and more. No matter what you’re
