# 5 DAY LEADERSHIP
LEARNING CHALLENGE

Reflective Log

Over a five day period, I will be posting a daily leadership
learning challenge on LinkedIn which I invite you to take part
in.

Each challenge is focused on you and your learning as a
leader. The daily challenge will be achievable in 10 minutes
or less.

We all process challenges in a different way and keeping a
reflective log is one way of doing this. There are no rules on
whether you use it for a few key notes or choose to write an
essay. You can use it for your private thoughts or if you have
a coach, or a mentor, you may want to share your reflections
in your discussions.

At the end of the 5 day leadership learning challenge,
you can choose to share your log with others, with your
team, or simply recycle it !

I would love to hear from you on how you tackled the
challenges, any insights or learning you gained over the 5
days and what you would like as the next area of focus.
