We will customize your programs to serve all culinary requests. Our full-time onsite
management team and executive chefs will be there daily to oversee everything from
a 5-star catered event to biscuits offered for breakfast. It is our superior attention to
detail and dedicated management team that sets us apart from the big three within
the foodservice industry.

FOR SUCCESS
As part of our partnership, we will fund Volvo with all the needed resources to
offer a world-class culinary program. This includes providing top-of-the-line
staffing, equipment and technology. Our focus is to drive employee convenience
and a positive dining experience through advanced ordering and pre-paying via
an iPhone or Android. We will design food venues that promote and encourage
healthier lifestyle behaviors and our investments will be targeted to drive
overall satisfaction and create a true dining destination.
CULTURAL ALIGNMENT
AND TRANSPARENCY
A new culinary program of this scale requires executive sponsorship and
commitment. As an example of our personalized focus and commitment to Volvo,
we recommend an offsite retreat to agree on principles of our partnership, outline
key priorities and agree upon solutions. Additionally, for even greater alignment, we
recommend the formation of a council or executive advisory group to meet regularly
in support of charter goals, review strategic imperatives, remove potential obstacles
and build co-ownership for accountability. We also recommend our comprehensive
operations dashboard to include customized metrics and fully transparent financials
that are readily available at your fingertips.

an onsite executive chef along with a full culinary team
