Our Services

Satintouch is the Industrial Coatings partner of choice for Government, Construction
and Mining & Heavy Industry across metropolitan, regional and remote areas of
Queensland and Northern NSW.
Our specialist services are mobile, to cost effectively meet 5 –20 year coating
maintenance cycles - and we are engaged directly by Government and Industry clients
or through Prime Contractors, for the protective coating component of major
infrastructure and utilities construction, shutdown and refurbishment works.

Our Projects

Satintouch is engaged for protective coating application services across a diverse range
of Infrastructure, Utilities and Mining & Heavy Industry assets for our client partners.
From reservoirs, WWTP’s and bridges, to heavy vehicles and helicopters; manholes and
gas pipelines - our work is often high risk and the assets often live.

Our strength is in our experience based, strategic approach to
works planning

 Developing scaffolding, encapsulation, noise control, traffic control and environmentally
safe product disposal solutions, to ensure risk mitigation across all areas.
 Working with our suppliers to identify best fit, project specific products
 Developing project specific Safe Work Procedures; ITP’s and Safety, Quality and
Environmental Management Plans.

Satintouch is partner to the highest quality suppliers of protective coatings to the
Australasian market.
We have built strong working partnerships over the course of our 30 year industry tenure;
and as such, we remain continually abreast of industry developments, initiatives and
innovations, to deliver both quality and value to our client projects.
We have in place internal ISO based, Quality, OHS and Environmental Management
Systems, which provide the framework and guidelines for the standard of quality
delivered by Satintouch to our clientele.
Satintouch employ C-Map and Holiday Inspection Test Reporting and we have NACE I
and II Certified Quality Inspectors leading our Operational Crews and our Specialist
Industrial Spraypainters.

Our People

Due to the specialist nature of Protective Coating application, Satintouch invest in
our workforce and up-skill our people as a part of our Performance Management
program.
Our people are the backbone of our opera ons.
The Satintouch Operational Crew is regularly employed in a high risk environment
and staff are trained and experienced working at heights, in confined spaces and
operating Heavy Rigid Vehicles.
We mobilise across the state to our projects and where supplementary labour
personnel is needed, we recruit from that local region to support the economy of the
areas we are called to.
