CHAPTER EXHIBIT AWARD CRITERIA

The focus for this award is to highlight chapter programs conducted in the period being
evaluated, January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021. Programs implemented in the period of
evaluation must be clearly reflected in the materials used in your exhibit/display (do not use
old photos, clippings, fliers, etc.).
1. If a program is an ongoing or annual activity, materials from earlier years may be

included, if clearly labeled as such.
2. The dimensions for submissions to the poster platform are 8 ½ x 11 vertical pdf. If a

video is included in the submission, it may be up to 3 minutes in length.
3. Exhibits must be completely uploaded by the deadline date of March 5th, 2022 to be

considered for an award or allowed for display.
4. Creativity and originality are important, as are technical qualities such as neatness,

design and craftsmanship. Content of the exhibit is at the discretion of the chapter.
5. The exhibit must include the name of the chapter and the current Basileus.
6. Names of sorors featured in newspaper and magazine articles must be highlighted. The

name of the publication, headline and date must be included.
The exhibit/display will be judged on application of International Program themes and
special activities. Specifically:

● Public relations and chapter image
● Level of participation by chapter
