Greetings Undergraduate Sorors,

The Sorors of Zeta Sigma Chapter invite you to East Brunswick, New
Jersey for our 2018 Undergraduate Roundup. Zeta Sigma has the
distinct honor of hosting the conference under the leadership of our
Regional Director Mary Bentley LaMar.

Our conference will embrace the theme, “Exemplifying Excellence through
Sustainable Service: Pretty Is as Pretty Does”. This will be a two-day conference dedicated
to honing our leadership skills and expanding our knowledge of programs and practices.
Business attire is required. All Sorors are welcome and encouraged to attend. A special
recognition will go to the chapter(s) with the highest percentage chapter membership in
attendance.

In support of our Global Impact target and international partnership with Soles for Souls, we
are requesting each Soror to bring a pair of shoes in clear plastic bags that can be tied,
zipped closed or otherwise secured to allow for easier distribution.

Online registration will be the only mode used and is available on the North Atlantic
Region’s website until September 12, 2018. There will be no mail-in or on-site registration.

The Sorors of Zeta Sigma Chapter are looking forward to welcoming you to East Brunswick,

part of the registration process. Credit cards and purchase orders
are accepted.

REFUNDS No refunds will be issued. We encourage all sorors to consider
transferring your registration to another soror if you will find that
you will be unable to attend after registering.

From NJ Turnpike North or South: Exit 9 of NJ Turnpike through the toll plaza, bear right
towards Route 18 North and take the first right into the complex, go straight to the traffic
light. At the traffic light, make a left onto Tower Center Boulevard - the Hilton East
Brunswick is at the end of the drive.

FROM NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 9 on 18 North.

FROM NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NEW JERSEY

Take ramp left for US-1-9 North toward New York-Newark / Off-Airport Rental Cars. Turn
back on ramp. Merge onto US-1 S / US-1 S 9 / US-9 S. Take ramp left for RT-81 S toward
Dowd Ave / Elizabeth Seaport / NJ Turnpike / North Ave. Take ramp right and follow signs
