DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHCARE SERVICES WEBSITE

The purpose of the project is to develop a healthcare services website so that patients can book consultations
and avail of in-home concierge nursing solutions provided by the company. And for sale of healthcare
equipment via the in-built eCommerce feature.

PROJECT SUMMARY

As per the discussion with the client the following requirements will be considered:

• The Website will have 3 users:
o Admin: management of website
o Registered users: we quire about concierge nursing as well as to purchase
healthcare equipment
o Guests: visitors who will simply provide their contact details to setup a nursing
consultation.

• Website theme: Mobile responsive theme with crisp and clear font, graphics and
graphics that stand out making the relevant information easy to sort through.

• Admin:
o Manage the website
o Manage users: authenticate/ban
o Admin dashboard to manage, view order history and to see other user activity
o Upload, edit, modify SKU
o Manage/moderate content site-wide

• SKU management:
o Upload new SKU via a CSV file
o Modify, deactivate, delete SKU

• Order management:
o Status of orders placed by the user
o Hotlisting suspicious IP to avoid online fraud
o Admin dashboard for all order history and payment information
o Shipping integration
o Email confirmation of order updates to user
o In store coupon/discount/sales/offers creation and management

• Amazon integration: All SKUs uploaded and active on the site will be auto-synced with
Amazon store:
o All relevant info including images, description, price and discount/sale to be
synced
o Form to create offer or product level discount on amazon store on-the-go

o Sync of orders received from Amazon back to the website
o Inventory updates as per the sales on Amazon (deducting total inventory each

time an order is confirmed)
o Amazon order reports to be made visible on the site
• Google re-captcha integration: To avoid spamming of user registration and guest
(free consultation) contact forms on the website.
• WhatsApp or FB Chat integration for customer support.
• SMS integration on contact us: to verify that the user has provided correct phone
number (and to further discourage spamming) an OTP will be sent to him whenever
they request a nursing consultation.
• Blogs/News: It’s always a good idea to add news/updates on website as it increases
user engagement and helps with SEO
o News section to post any new news via CMS and share the same onto social

media
o Blog section to create editorials or podcast on latest healthcare issues
o FAQ section: a list of most common health related questions as a form of

general knowledge or MYTH BUSTERS.
• Search: users will have the option to search for SKU/content(blogs, news) etc. on the

entire site via a single search text box
• Social media sharing buttons

• Multi-lingual support

• Product/services review by customers
• Masking of offensive language: In the product review section to keep the website a

safe place, the website will mask any offensive words automatically.
• Masking of contact-info in text boards: users might try to post their or some other 3rd

party’s contact information on the order review section, in which case the system
should recognize such attempt and either black the post or mask the information
• Immediate submission to Search engines once a new post is created in Blogs/News

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the standard terms and conditions for Application Design and Development and apply to all contracts and all work undertaken by
D-ályma Tech Solutions for its clients.

2. OUR FEES AND DEPOSITS

A down payment is required in order to begin development of your website. This is usually 40% of the upfront design fee, unless an alternative
contract or proposal specifies a different amount. The deposit is not refundable if the development work has been started and you terminate
the contract through no fault of ours.

3. SUPPLY OF MATERIALS

You must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Such
materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written copy, logos and other printed material. Where there is any delay in
supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines
by a reasonable amount.

Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the
work already completed.

4. VARIATIONS

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to make revisions to the design. However, we have the right to limit the number of design
proposals to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional designs if you make a change to the original design specification.

Our website development phase is flexible and allows certain variations to the original specification. However any major deviation from the
specification will be charged at the rate of $10 per hour.

5. PROJECT DELAYS AND CLIENT LIABILITY

Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation and complete and final content Application. During
development there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of
contact be appointed from your side and be made available on a regular basis in order to expedite the feedback process.

6. APPROVAL OF WORK

On completion of the work you will have the opportunity to review it. You must notify us in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 7
days of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to us as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will
be deemed to have been approved. Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the contract will be
deemed to have been completed and the 50% balance of the project price will become due.

7. WARRANTY BY YOU AS TO OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names
and trademarks, or any other material that you supply to us to include in your applications.

You must indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims or legal actions related to the content of your website.

8. LICENSING

Once you have paid us in full for our work we all the copyrights and IP rights will be transferred to you.

9 SUBCONTRACTING

We reserve the right to subcontract any services that we have agreed to perform for you as we see fit.

10. NON-DISCLOSURE

We (and any subcontractors we engage) agree that we will not at any time disclose any of your confidential information to any third party.

11. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

You agree to reimburse us for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal including but not limited to the purchase of
templates, third party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain-name registration, server hosting or comparable expenses.

12. OWNERSHIP OF DOMAIN NAMES AND WEB HOSTING

We will supply to you, account credentials for domain name registration and/or web hosting that we purchased on your behalf when you
reimburse us for any expenses that we have incurred. We are not liable for the renewal of domain and hosting plans.

If we monitor the renewals, there will be additional charge as mentioned in quotation.

13. GOVERNING LAW

You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws relating to financial transactions on your site, and to the full extent permitted by law
will hold harmless, protect, and defend and indemnify D-ályma IT Solutions and its subcontractors from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss
or damage arising from your or your clients’ use of Internet electronic commerce.

14. TRAINING

We will provide a training session and there after the insertion of contents, products, shopping categories, discounts, price insertion and
modifications etc. will be handled by client unless and until we have included it in our maintenance and charged for it.

Payment for this work as stated above to complete this mobile application will be used to complete the application as described and within
the timeframe stated.
