Chapters
A DAY OF CHAMBER FUN

This will be an annual Chamber event
that will bring all Chapter Presidents,
Directors, and their board members
together for a fun fillled day of
information, food, music, and
entertainment.

Please consider
being a
LEAD!

LOCATION Will be
responsible
for selecting
three
different
locations for
the entire
group to
select from.

FOOD Will be
AND responsible for
BEVERAGE putting
together the
menu.

Will be
responsible for
organizing the
distribution of
breakfast and
lunch.

GAMES Responsible
for putting
together 4
FUN games.

Teams will be
a mixture of
Chambers
members.

ENTERTAINMENT Responsible
for getting
music for the
entire day
including
show.

CHAMBER Responsible
TALENT for gettig acts
SHOW from each
chapter.

Will put show
timeline
together.

TEAM Creating Two
BUILDING activities to
ACTIVITY enhance social
relations and
define the
importance of
collaborative
tasks amoungts
all CHAPTERS.

SHIRTS Will be

Chamber Day
