Aiming for the

“Sweet Spot”

The Consumer segment holds the backbone of the South African workforce and our objective is to make the banking lives of these
customers easier. We’re targeting 6 million ‘sweet spot ‘customers by 2020. We’re only going to capture the imagination of this
upwardly mobile and skilled target audience if we develop a core value proposition that revolves around connecting and growing
with our customers and making sure they are rewarded. If we can get this right, we will have the best, most profitable and most
satisfied customer base in South Africa.

Forward focus

If we can focus on five key areas going forward, we will be
in a good position to meet our goals:
1. Process efficiencies
2. Retention
3. Acquisition
4. Migration
5. Quality sales

FNB Leadership Conference

DID YOU KNOW?

FNB is the only bank that allows customers to apply for a Personal Loan via the ATM.
SSA will also allow customers to Switch and Consolidate their debt when applying
via Online Banking and the FNB App.

Our stand was centred around migrating customers to
these e-channels.

FNB Loans participated in the FNB
Leadership Conference held at
Gallagher Estate in May this year.
The purpose of the exhibition was
to create an opportunity for 3500
FNB Leaders to:

• LEARN more about FNB’s products, services, value-adds
and programmes
• SHARE their experiences, challenges and insights with

! regards to the services and products on offer

• SIGN UP for a product or service right there at the event
• EXPERIENCE the FNB Ecosystem
