Terms and Conditions

1.Terms and Conditions
A. Prices do not include federal, state or local taxes. Duties or levies will be added by seller

to the sales price unless buyer provides proper exemption certificate.
B. All net 30 day shipments will be paid within 30 days. Accounts over 30 days will be sub-

ject to an interest charge of 1.5%.
C. All orders require a 30% deposit prior to production.

2. Freight and Shipping
A. Packaging for commercial shipments is included in the contract price. For special

packaging instructions we must be notified at the time of placing the order.
B. An extra charge will be applied to special packaging.
C. We have several methods of transportation. We ship at our own convenience if not

otherwise specified by buyer.
D. No orders will be shipped on a COD basis.
E. The merchandise shall be delivered F.O.B. shipping point.

3. Custom Designs
A. Borray's Plastics is always available for new designs and ideas.
B. All custom designs require a 40% deposit prior to production.
C. Molds designed by Borray’s Plastics for manufacturing purpose will become Borray’s

property. Buyer is responsible for mold cost.

4. Damages and Acceptance
A. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
B. Any shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

5. Returns
A. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization from the warehouse.
B. Custom orders will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
C. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the purchase date.
D. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

6. General
A. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
B. Any typographical error in any of the Seller’s sources of publication (preparation of
quotations, sales orders, and invoices) are subject to correction.
