be offered in other languages to support multilingual students, and additional workshops can be

Coming to a new country to study is a major transition. If this is your first semester studying
in Canada, you may have some questions about what will help you to be successful at KPU.
Come and learn strategies for a successful first semester in this series of workshops for
international students and new Canadians.

The Canadian Classroom: Using Moodle and
Time Management (for International Students
and new Canadians) (1 hour)

In this workshop, you will explore how classes and assignments are typically organized at
KPU. You will learn some tips and tricks for navigating Moodle, and will have the opportunity
to ask questions about your course presentations. You will leave the workshop with a
practical strategy for managing your time and coursework this semester.
