Way To Gd

How do you define success? Is it getting a perfect score on those dreaded

SATs? Is it finally finishing that essay at three in the morning? Is it being

k recognized for doing something great? Is it finding that someone whom you

can’t seem to stop thinking about? Or maybe it is winning that coveted

first state volleyball title. However defined, each of us have achieved

something great, and for that, “ Way to Go!”

A^B It is the end of yet another year at Maryknoll School, the end of a
^^A journey in the lives in each and every student, and yet, it is just the
beginning ofanotherpart ofourpaths to success And when we reach

n that end of the road, ourpoint ofsuccess, there is a silent celebration

within and a jubilant cry of “Way to Go!’’from those cheering

alongside.

The 2006 school year is slowly ending, however, we have

discovered our identity; “ Smsll School, Big Heart.” For all of

■L.. us, it is an end to a chapter in our lives, and yet, the beginning of

^A another. Freshmen, after a year of discovering yourselves, continue
■F on with determination. Sophomores, now upperclassmen, remember
to be role models for others And juniors, as the new senior class of
" 2008, represent your school with pride. As for this year’s graduation
class of 2007, we now stand at the end of a road; one that began over

A Although we leave high school behind, the memories, friends, and teachers

r cannot be forgotten. Remember that in life, there are no goodbyes, only

So as the sun sets on the 2006 school year, take the time to pause, look

back, and to reflect on the memories of this past school year. Cherish them.
Then continue forward; a path leading toward greater success and more
