Greetings from Fusion head office in Saigon!

During what is one of the busiest times of the year, we hope you all found some time over the
festive period to celebrate with your loved ones, and are now ready to face 2019 with
renewed energy and passion.

Many of us would agree that 2018 was a challenging year for Fusion. Each property faced a
variety of difficulties, setbacks, and some even natural disasters. However, through the hard
work and determination of each and every one of you, we faced everything that was thrown
at us with courage and professionalism and came through it all still smiling (well, most of us,
anyway!).

Fusion is growing fast, with more guests, more rooms, more villas, more restaurants, more spa
facilities, more staff, and more properties than ever before. Today, we are a rising star in
VietInnasidme’Tshihs oIsssupeit:ality scene. That’s awesome. But we couldn’t have done it without your
dedication. For that, we are extremely grateful, and we know that we count on you all to help
take Fusion to the next level. Together, let’s combine our energy and passion to create
Vietnam’s most inspiring, most valued hospitality brand.

Naturally, the new year is already off to an exciting start. As you may have heard, we recently
welcomed the Alba Wellness Valley to the Fusion family.

Meanwhile, our design, construction, and management teams here in Saigon are busy
preparing to open two brand-new Fusion hotels, both scheduled for the second half of the
year: ‘Darwin - a Fusion Original’ in Saigon, and Fusion Suites Vung Tau down on the coast. And
we are already working on the 2020 openings of Fusion Resort & Residences Da Nang and
Fusion Resort Quang Binh.

Also lined up for 2019 will be the launch of the new Fusion values alongside a number of
exciting training and development programs.

Clearly, 2019 is going to be another big year for Fusion - a year of growth, transition, fresh
challenges, achievements, and more exciting Fusion adventures.

But no matter how many properties we have to our name, no matter how big we grow, Fusion
will always be a place that values love, respect, and family - for our guests, and for all of us.

With that in mind, we wish you and your families a very happy and healthy new year. Thank
