How to use Gratitude to ELEV8 a
Positive Change in My Life with

Guided Affirmation.

“Life is a gift when you choose to live in the present moment,
which is all that exists” - Rena Champ

Choosing to always be in a state of Gratitude for all that
I have is one of
the most powerful
understandings that
I can have to ELEV8
myself and create
the life that I am so
deserving of.

Gratitude is a state of
mind, by consciously
choosing to practice
gratitude and taking
the time to notice and
reflect upon the things
I am thankful for, will
over time create more
positive emotions,
and make me feel more alive, sleep better, and express more
compassion and kindness to myself and others.

When I choose to be grateful I am setting in motion more
reasons to find things and people to be grateful for. Over
time, I will soon find that the world around my starts to
reflect my inner well-being.

“Being grateful keeps the door open for more blessings”

This transformation takes place as I begin to express genuine
gratitude to others, and start feeling gratitude for everything
in my life that brings me joy and happiness.

I AM Receptive to My Abundance

A great way to increase my awareness of the abundance I
already have is to start a gratitude journal. I don’t have to
wait for something great to come into my life to appreciate
it. Instead, I just open my notebook or on my ELEV8 Your
Life App once a day and take a few minutes to write down
everything I am thankful for.

I can feel grateful for anything, big or small especially on days
when I think I have absolutely nothing to be appreciative
for, I can always reflect on my notes in my notebook or my
ELEV8 Your Life App until it’s no longer a conscious choice
to find reasons to be grateful.

For instance, I take note of the air I am breathing or the
amazingly delicious food I get to experience.

Once I realize that there are so many things to be grateful
for, I’ll find that it becomes easier to think of more and more
reasons to be grateful for in my life.

By journaling in this way, I find that I’m spontaneously
running into

“Positive Synchronicity.”

This world I am aware
of is made up of ether
also known as Energy,
Spirit, Qi, Ki, Gi, Chakra,
from the car I drive, to
the food I eat basically
everything I see all
around me is made
up of a universal force
that dwells within me
and all around me and
connects everything.
Some would say that my
luck is due to “positive
vibrations.” And others
will probably say it
has more to do with
training my brain to
spot opportunities.

Either Way, they both are correct, where I put my focus,
attention and emotions on overtime will start to create
the life experience I designed in your mind whether I am
conscious or unconscious.

“Where the mind goes, energy flows”

Gratitude is a State of Mind

“Set an intention, believe in that intention and watch it
manifest” - Damilare Sherubawon

Gratitude can put me on the path of becoming the greatest
version of myself. I use gratitude proactively to see myself
through any negativity and tough times. I focus on what I
do have and the beautiful life I want to experience because
I know

I am deserving to live a life full of abundance, happiness and
great health and relationships.

Gratitude improves self-esteem. A 2014 study published in
the Journal of Applied Sport Psychology found that gratitude
increased an athlete’s self-esteem, which is an essential
component to optimal performance. Other studies have
shown that gratitude reduces social comparisons. Rather
than becoming resentful toward people who have more
money or what seems like a better life –

which is a major factor
in reduced self-esteem-
grateful people are able to
appreciate other people’s
accomplishments.

By keeping the things

I am thankful for in my

mind, help me reduce

stress. When I deal with

stressors more proactively,

I will notice a new-found

confidence.Having a

gratitude mindset will

create new opportunities

in my life that I wouldn’t

have noticed otherwise. By being grateful today and every

day and let the stress melt away. I open myself up to the

possibility of abundance by having a grateful heart. And I

am so glad I did!

With Love and Gratitude.
