All originations in this phase will be done by a licensed MLO of the Integration Loan Team or Certified Integration Loan Officer in the respective branch you are tied to.Not sure where to direct your question? APM LOAN TEAM ROLE• Start Encompass loan• Structure loan (collaborating with you)• Pull credit (if you have an LOA or processor in your branch that is not licensed, they can also perform this function)•Input fees into 2015 (with your provided fees)• Request disclosures• Order appraisals (you can also designate an LOA or processor in your branch to order)• Run AUS (we will use the income/asset information that is on the 1003 or per your income calculations)• Assist, as needed, uploading documents into the Encompass file (you will have full access to the loan file to upload items directly)• Generating prequal/pre-approval letters• Locking in the loan• Assist with pipeline management if questions arise and/or rushes are needed• Prior to your licensing being attached to APM, all loans will be originated by the Integration Loan Team. We will complete all licensed activity and have all licensed conversation/emails with the borrower regarding rate/terms/structureYOUR ROLE• Provide cover letter with pertinent information to structure the loan• Provide title/escrow fees• Collect docs from your client• Communicate to your client on status/progress throughout the loan. The Licensing Department is here to help manage the transition as you join APM.PRE-EMPLOYMENT LICENSE CHECKThe following steps are completed prior to joining APM:• MLO is approved for hire by HR.• MLO grants APM access to view NMLS license.Click here to start the process of allowing APM access (your current employer will NOT be alerted).• Licensing will then confirm their status (this can also be confirmed in NMLS consumer access, if they don’t grant access).LICENSE TRANSFER TO APMOur licensing team is here to assist with managing the transfer as outlined below:• APM issues clear to hire and MLO accepts offer.• Licensing will confirm desire for sponsorship change with the MLO (must have signed LO Worksheet and remitted to HR).• MLO will terminate access and relationship with their prior company.
