First of all , we would like to thank Allah SWT because he had ease all the twists and
turns up until the submission date. Many thanks are also given to Dr Nor Raihana Asmar
Mohd as our tutorial lecturer who has helped a lot and corrected the mistakes we made
from making videos and assignment reports. Not to be forgotten is the thank you to Ms
Norhayati Yaakob for trying to issue a complete guideline for the process of completing
this assignment. This assignment will not be completed without the full cooperation and
time spent by all members of our group, although it is quite difficult to discuss and reach
an agreement, but we are still able to implement it without feeling burdened by not being
able to discuss face-to-face. which stemmed from the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the
rest of the world.

ABSTRACT
The research was conducted by five students from Faculty of Administrative Science and
Policy Studies, Diploma in Public Administrative.
A mosque is a humble way for Muslims to replicate pure spiritual influence on earth, and
it is a very symbolic location for them. The Mosque's primary purpose is to serve as a
place for the prayer of Muslims. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims will pray more
often in the mosque and the mosque will be filled with Muslims regardless of the time.
However, most of the mosques in our country are in poor condition, and some are so dirty
and damaged that they are not suitable for prayer. This is due to the lack of care by those
in charge.
This research was conducted to identify the problems faced and the uniqueness that
attracted the interest of the community about the mosque chosen by us, The National
Mosque of Malaysia (Masjid Negara).

PART 1

1.1 DEFINITION OF EKSA
Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) was introduced since January 2014 as an
initiative to rebrand the 5S practices in the Public Sector. It is led by Malaysian
Administrative Modernization and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU). MAMPU had
released the Public Sector 5S practice Guide in 2010 where all the agencies or
departments under the Public Sector have been able to obtain the 5S practice certification
through MAMPU. All the 5S or QE certification which is Quality Environment system
has been maintained by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPS) since in 80’s era.
The period of 5S certification was 2 years meanwhile MPS certification was given once a
year. In order to strengthen more for the public sector, in 2011 MAMPU implemented the
5S through Training of Trainer (ToT) Program to the Public Training Institute.

As mentioned above, EKSA is a rebranding of the 5S Practices that have been adopted in
the public sector since 2010. The main components consist of Seiri (sort), which is the
segregation and disposal of items that are not needed in the workplace. Next is, Seiton
(set in order) which mean arranging equipment in a neat order, effectively, safe and easily
accessible. For the Seiso (shine), its role is to ensure that the work space or equipment is
clean from dust which can affect the function of the equipment product quality and
health. Continued with the other element of 5S is Seiketsu (standardize) which mean
same condition in terms of shape and color either in its layout features or rules. Last but
not least, Shitsuke (sustain) which its plays a role as element which are gives an effort to
maintain the four 5S practices, namely sort, set in order, shine or sweep and standardize
as well as implement continuous improvement in the respective department or agencies.

1.2 OBJECTIVES OF EKSA
EKSA has many objective which in total can be conclude as to help increasing the
improve achievement and the competitiveness of the organizations as a whole. But there
are a few main objectives that can be detailed. The first objective of EKSA is to increase
safety and cleanliness of workplace. This is because in general, we know that a dirty and
messy or unorganized workplace could lead to harm for the employees. Scattered and
unordered work files, trash cans that are full to the point of overflowing and littered
conditions on workers ’desks are very dangerous and can lead to unwanted incidents such
as workers stepping on nails and so on. With the existence of EKSA, employees can
move around the workplace without having to worry about their safety and feel
comfortable to do their work in a clean environment. Next, to increase customers’
satisfaction. As we all know, customers are very concerned about cleanliness and
tidiness. With such an environment, it can attract their interest to visit the place. EKSA is
very important to be implemented by a workplace in order to ensure the presence of
customers because it is in line with their expectations. Moreover , it is to enhance
workers’ self-discipline. With the existence of EKSA, employees can train themselves to
always maintain cleanliness in the workplace. It not only covers the respective work
desks but EKSA also emphasizes cleanliness in the workplace as a whole. Lastly , it
promote activities by improving corporate image. Maintaining a corporate image is very
important to help an organization to promote the activities they have planned. This is
because no customer will be interested in an unmanaged organization and have to deal
with various issues.

PART 2

2.1 BACKGROUND OF THE MOSQUE

Masjid Negara is a national landmark that was constructed between 1963 and 1965. The
Federal Executive Council proposed building a national mosque to commemorate
Malaysia's liberation one month before the ceremony. In March 1958, the Chief Ministers
of all eleven states in the Federation of Malaya proposed naming the mosque as Tunku
Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, after the country's first Prime Minister, to honour his
commitment to the country's independence. However, Tunku Abdul Rahman had refused
this honor and recommended that the mosque be named Masjid Negara instead, to show
the country's unity, and multi-cultural harmony, as well as a way to thank Allah for the
country's peaceful freedom, which is accomplished without the loss of a single drop of
blood.Masjid Negara took about three years to build. The mosque was inspired by
mosques in other countries which are in Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, United Arab
Emirates, Spain, India, and Pakistan. Its most notable characteristics are its 73-metre-high
minaret, which resembles a folded umbrella, and its 16-point concrete dome, which has
the appearance of standing under a massive open umbrella. Istanbul's Blue Mosque
inspired engravings of Quranic verses on aluminium in the center of the roof. In 1987, the
mosque underwent massive repairs, changing the color of the concrete dome from pink to
a more eye-catching green and blue (Islamic Tourism Centre of Malaysia). The massive
National Mosque was constructed in 1963 to commemorate Malaysia's
independence.Three architects collaborated to build the National Mosque. The 18-pointed
star dome represents Malaysia's 13 states as well as the five foundations of Islam. A
single 75-foot minaret sounds the call to prayer. The National Mosque is situated in the
heart of Kuala Lumpur.Kuala Lumpur's National Mosque (Masjid Negara) is situated in a
strategic location. It is next to the old Malayan Railway Station, Earth Resource Building,
Islamic Arts Museum, Post Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, and Lake Gardens and
the free Go KL City Bus (Red Line) will stops at Masjid Negara. The first Prime Minister
of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman, was named the mosque and opened in 1965. He
proposes the name Masjid Negara, represented the significance of Islam in Malaysia.

The national mosque's management structure is based on an organizational chart with a
functional framework. Each department is separated based on the benefits that each
committee member possesses. Tuan Haji Ehsan bin Mohd Hasni, the Chief Imam of the
National Mosque, has the top position in the hierarchy of the national mosque. The high
priest's job is to make sure that everything in the mosque's administration runs well.
Every command supplied to other units is clearly stated in order to avoid information
errors that will annoy many people later. Tuan Haji Ehsan is in charge of a number of
different areas. Among them is Mohd As's social and community section, where Ari Bin
Afdan also works as a senior assistant director. The social and community unit assists
people with religious issues and provides counseling services to the general public. This
section gives those who desire to seek treatment in Islam a chance to do so. The goal of
the da’wah and ibadah coordination unit is to organize all activities, such as transmitting
da'wah to non-Muslims so that they grasp the true meaning of Islam. This unit is also tied
to the place of worship, which requires constant attention because it is a holy space that
must always be kept clean and perfumed for the comfort of the congregation. This lesson
can also be utilized as a source of information for people interested in learning more
about Islam. Education is the following unit. The national mosque is also notable for
being a venue where anyone may learn about Islam or take religious classes. The lesson
is designed specifically to teach recitation, prayer, and to answer inquiries concerning the
lifestyles of Muslims. Public relations is the final unit Because this unit was created to
comprehend, win, and maintain understanding between the mosque and the congregation,
it is frequently a source of anxiety. This must be done on a regular basis and with care so
that there are no conflicts between the mosque and the general population. The national
mosque has a good management system in place since each section conducts its work
well, obediently, and with confidence. People might also rely on the mosque to help them
address their difficulties..

2.3 SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES

Services provided by national mosque are various since it is the main mosque of this
country . Like most other mosques in the country, the national mosque also provides
comprehensive funeral management services. It covers the process of bathing, shrouding,
praying and then burying the corpse. Not to forget, the national mosque provides VIP
rooms that are used to serve dignitaries. It also serves as a zakat collection center where
there are members of the mosque committee who will manage the collection. There are
also some unique services provided by the national mosque such as the service of
providing scholarly books in the library provided, setting up expo sites and kiosks for the
purpose of facilitating traders to start their business as well as full management of the
event held in the main speech hall by mosque committee members. .

The first activity that is always done in the national mosque is the recording of takbir
Raya. Activities like this are done every year to be broadcast on TV. But this year and
last year, the number of people performing these takbir recordings has been reduced and
in accordance with the SOPs set by the government. The second activities are the
presentation of da’wah. This is also an activity that is often done in this mosque. The
mosque can invite any speaker to attend the National Mosque and give talks on religion
to the congregation present. The third activities are mass break fasting. During the month
of fasting, many activities of breaking fast in large numbers are often done in the
National Mosque. This activity aims to strengthen the relationship between the public and
also with the mosque. The fourth activities are place of education. The mosque has been a
centre of learning since time immemorial. The mosque is a place to learn about various
sciences, especially about religion. According to people, gaining knowledge in the
mosque can give us more benefits than studying in a regular school. The fifth activities
are as a tourist spot. The National Mosque is a very famous mosque in and outside our
country. Every year, there are definitely many tourists from abroad who come to this
mosque to see the unique architecture of this mosque that is not found anywhere else.

PART 3

3.1 COMMITTEE STRUCTURE

Committee structure of EKSA is intend to create an integrated ideas from the authorities
who are the related people in the organization. This will create a productive environment
among the staff member where each staff will be given the opportunities to speak out
their opinion in the organization. Moreover, with this method, they can exchange ideas
and opinion about their organization which in result, they can produce a lot of solution
and improvement towards their organization. From the promotion committee we can see
that it is one of the important committees in the organization where its job is to provide a
plan to promote the activities of EKSA. However, before they implement the plan, they
must identify the promotional activities or campaign to foster awareness participation to
ensure the implementation of EKSA will be successful. They also have to analyse the
effectiveness of the promotional activities which have been implement and later on they
must report on the status of implementation of EKSA activities and the level of
awareness within the staff members of agency and department

7

Next is, the roles of training committee are to prepare an implementation plan for training
activities to foster culture EKSA to all employees in the organization in several ways
which is firstly they must identify the types of training needed from time to time to
strengthen EKSA’s activities. Then they must coordinate and ensuring that each staff has
been given EKSA training adequately. For example, training committee within the
mosque are being given a responsibility to train every member of mosque such as train a
muazzin to become a better one, train each staff to learn about the new technology so that
they can absorb with the technology, provide training to each of the staff about how to
arrange the Quran on the shelf and how to arrange the praying matt and all the prayer
stuff neatly so that, the visitors can use and find it easily.Additionally, in terms of the
roles of audit committee, its roles are to provide an audit criterion within the EKSA itself
such as the needs of implementation and work space. They must ensure the frequency of
audit activities in the EKSA to measures the needs of the organization. Last step for the
roles of audit committee in the organization are to provide report and analysis of audit
result in EKSA and review the audit criteria in EKSA from time to time according to
needs. As an example, in the mosque organization, the audit committee roles are to
identify the criteria of audit such as the prayer room, floor, walls, arrangement of the Al-
Quran and praying stuff and many more. Then will determine the frequency of the
activities and revise the criteria of audit from time to time depends on the needs.
Furthermore, we going to explain the roles of each sector or zones at the workplace. First
of all, the head of sector must ensure that all the members under them gives a continuous
commitment in implementation of EKSA. They must participate actively in all the
EKSA’s activities which can train themselves to always work together in groups. Move
to the reason why MAMPU created zones of EKSA. It is because they wanted to create a
responsible area for facilitate the implementation and monitoring of EKSA. Moreover,
the division of zones or sectors should be explained through a plan zone location for easy
reference. For example, in mosque organization, they are several zones have been
identified such as prayer zone, parking zone, emergency zone and toilet zones.

LAYOUT OF FACILITIES

PRAYER HALL MORGUE LIBRARY

COUNSELING ROOM EXPO SITE
9

Prayer hall

The prayer room serves as a place to perform prayers for the Muslim community. The
prayer room at the National Mosque can accommodate up to 15,000 worshipers at a time.
But when it came time for Eid and Friday prayers, the prayer space still could not
accommodate the increasing number of worshipers.

Expo site

The expo site aims to provide opportunities for outside traders to do business inside the
mosque. The expo site was developed to conduct the jubilee program of the national
mosque which takes place every 10 years. This is to remind the early years of the opening
of this mosque to the current generation who may not know the true age of this mosque.

Mortuary

This mortuary is used to bathe the corpse before being cremated and prayed at the
national mosque. The room also provides a coffin for public use to carry the remains to
the cemetery. this is very helpful for them because all things can be done quickly without
having to postpone the corpse for burial. very rarely do mosques provide coffins due to
the lack of cost to purchase coffins.

Library

The library in the mosque is used as a place to gain knowledge about Islam, this library
can also be used by the public to find references on matters related to Islamic knowledge.
the library in the national mosque is able to facilitate the affairs of anyone who is looking
for a reference because they can also perform worship well.

Counseling room

This counseling room houses various counselors to help and guide people who have
problems related to Islamic matters to be resolved. in addition, anyone who needs advice
on how to avoid things related to black magic or abusive eyes.

3.3 DOCUMENTATION OF ISSUES AND RECOMMENDATION OF
RECTIFICATIONS

Incomplete Safety Features Lack Of Innovative And Lack Of Public Facilities
Creative

Lack Of Ethical Emphasis Average Cleanliness Lack Of Uniformity

Disturbing Environment Lack Of Corporate Image Time Consuming Development

Wastage Of Sources
11

One of the issues that we must notice is the incomplete safety of features that the
emergency exit lane at the mosque. We know that the National Mosque will always be
filled with people on Fridays and during Ramadan as it is a blessed day and month for
Muslims. As such, the responsible party should be concerned about the emergency exit
line provided to the people. Indeed, the mosque already has an emergency lane. Still, the
emergency exit lane route is not clear for people when they are panicking in the mosque
due to an emergency such as fire, robbery and so on.

The responsible party must take action immediately due to the safety of the people in the
mosque. From incomplete safety features, the responsible party should use the donation
money that they have to build or add more large signboards for the lane of emergency
exit inside the mosque. Creating or adding more large signboards will help the panicked
community see more clearly the arrow boards for emergency exits. They can also add
more security guards inside the mosque. Adding security guards will help the community
inside the mosque during an emergency by showing the direction of the signboards to get
out when something undesirable happens inside the mosque. By doing so, their safety is
more assured, and those who panic will feel safe when getting help from security guards.

Next, the issue in the mosque is the lack of innovation and creativity, which is the wall of
the mosque has faded and full of mud. It is because the mosque has been built for a long
time. Those in charge should consider this a serious matter because our National Mosque,
Masjid Negara, is famous in other countries. In addition, Masjid Negara also often visited
by foreigners. Therefore, the responsible party must play a role in beautifying the mosque
of this country and attract people from other religions to see the beauty of Islam and the
beauty of Masjid Negara.

From the lack of innovation and creativity in the mosque, the responsible party needs to
take any action to make sure the mosque’s wall that has faded away and full of mud will
not happen again in the future. This problem can be solved by repainting the faded walls
of the mosque. In addition, if the responsible party of the mosque has a bigger budget,
they can be painting murals on the mosque walls with floral or Islamic patterns.

12

Furthermore, as we already know our national mosque once was nominated as one of the
largest mosques in the Southeast Asia in 1987. From that, we know that the mosque will
always full of worshiper especially on Friday and other congregation prayer. But yet
there is still an issue regarding toilet where visitors once complain that there are not
enough toilet slippers for them to wear it. If there are not enough slippers, there will be
several people who are entering the toilet with their dirty shoes which can cause the floor
of the toilet become dirty.

From the slipper issue, responsible party must take an immediate action to solve the
problems. They can avoid the problem by providing more slippers to the visitors so that
they will not contaminate the toilet floor with their dirty shoes. They also can put slipper
rack at the outside of the toilet to make sure that the user put down the slippers at their
real place and never accidently took it back to their home. This is because, there are many
cases that usually happening in the mosque where people accidently took the slippers that
own by the mosque itself back to their home and some of them never return it back.

On top of that, we must know that when we are visiting a holy place like mosque, we
must where suitable clothes. Suitable clothes means that, when we enter the mosque, we
must cover our aurah. When we talk about ethics before entering the mosque, there are
also non-Muslim who are from other country wanted to visit the national mosque.
Therefore, it is very important for them to cover their skin because it is a holy place.

The issue can be solved by providing a suitable and clean cloth to the visitors especially
non-Muslim. This is because some of them are unaware of the ethics that they should
take care before entering the mosque. Besides, if they are already aware with the cloth
that they should wear before entering the mosque, yet the authorities didn’t provide any
suitable cloth for them to wear, so it will give a bad impression to the visitors.

Another issue that should be emphasis is the national mosque’s cleanliness. The lack of
trash bins in the area surrounding the national mosque is one of the difficulties relating to
the cleanliness of the surroundings around the national mosque.

13

This will make the mosque appear filthy, especially if there are activities in the exhibit
area and the parking lot. When the trash can is far away and full, it is difficult for visitors
to dispose of rubbish. They will throw junk away at will, with little regard for the
repercussions. Idle garbage will attract flies to the area, disrupting the comfort of guests
who come to worship. It will make the national mosque less appealing to foreign tourists.

The proposal to solve the problem of cleanliness in the area around the national mosque
is to add more rubbish bins in the area around the mosque. Able to avoid litter in the area
around the mosque due to visitors who come. The addition of rubbish bins can also
improve cleanliness and there is no more reason for visitors to dispose of rubbish at will.
The management also needs to emphasize on the cleanliness of the area around the
mosque, especially the expo area and parking lot. If this continues, the mosque may take
appropriate action, such as suing them for throwing trash on purpose.

Next, based on my previous observations, the condition of the parking lot in the parade
area of the National Mosque is very dilapidated. The color of the parking box is also
shabby, this will cause anyone who parked there to not be able to park their vehicle
properly as they did not see the parking lot. If the car is not parked properly, various
troublesome problems will arise for example, it is difficult for other cars to get out of the
mosque area because the exit route has been blocked by cars. In addition, shifts between
cars are also likely to occur because cars are parked at a very close distance to each other.

The responsible mosque authority must conduct monthly inspections in every mosque
area, especially in the parking area. This is so that the parking area is always in perfect
condition. This inspection is done so that the color of the parking lot does not fade with
time because it will make it difficult for many people who want to stop and pray at the
mosque. As for the area outside the mosque, the mosque and the city hall should work
together to prevent vehicles from parking on the road by placing "No Parking" signs on
the side of the road, so that everyone, including people from abroad, know that they are
not allowed to park. vehicles on the side of the road.

14

As we all know, there are many homeless people who are in certain areas to get food or
shelter. But, the image of the national mosque as the main tourist center of the country
will be affected because many homeless people roam in the area of the national mosque
because there is no place to live. Many tourists from abroad come to the mosque of this
country is because of the uniqueness of the architecture of this mosque, but if the tourists
see there are homeless people wandering and lying on the edge of the mosque area, this
will create an uncomfortable view. If the tourists sees this kind of view, they may feel
uncomfortable.

The suggestion to prevent the problems as mentioned from happening again in the future
is that the mosque can provide special accommodation for homeless people who roam in
the area around the mosque. This can reduce the number of homeless people roaming the
area around the mosque and can help change the fate of some homeless people by giving
them temporary jobs in the mosque area. This way, they can improve themselves and
tend to get jobs elsewhere easily.

The mosque's corporate image is one of the most significant aspects that must be stressed.
This is because the image of a mosque is based on how it is managed, such as the task
schedule of each mosque committee member, the layout of the available furnishings, and
how the program is managed, especially when invited guests are present. The crowded
furniture layout in the mosque can make it difficult for the congregation to locate a spot
to put the prayer cloths and the Quran. This has an impact on a mosque's image because it
might cause all goods to be strewn about. There's also the risk of objects dropping since
there are too many in one place. The national mosque's facilities were mostly destroyed
or damaged.

Every problem that arises requires its unique solution. The step is to create a schedule for
committee members based on their individual responsibilities. This will help to avoid any
issues with the mosque's management. Malpractice issues can also be avoided because
each of them is required to provide reports to their superiors regarding their
responsibilities.

15

Because the responsibilities assigned are in line with their capabilities, each member will
also be younger to finish the work. As we can see in most mosques, the improvement
process takes too long. State mosques are no exception in such cases. This is because
there are developers who work lazily and do not emphasize the time period given to
complete the development. It is surprising that sometimes not only large development
works are delayed but even light work such as repairing the roof of the mosque is also
deliberately taken lightly because sometimes payment will be charged in advance on the
mosque and no agreement is made so they often take it easy on the mosque development.

Recommendation for the problem of taking too long for the improvement work of the
mosque is that the members of the highest committee of mosque management must
prepare a contract for each developer who agrees to do the work. The mosque needs to
set a certain period that is appropriate for them to complete the work. Not forgetting also
in the contract should be stated that payment will only be made after the completion of all
work. This is to encourage the developer to cooperate in accelerating the development
process of the national mosque because it is one of the mosques most frequently visited
by locals and foreigners.

Lastly, the issue of wastage of resources is very often we hear and see in the mosque.
This can be proven when there is a lot of water that overflows out of the water storage in
the mosque for the purpose of visitors taking ablution. Water pipes can also sometimes be
seen left open after use. Electricity wastage also often occurs especially when outside the
obligatory prayer time when the national mosque does not get many visitors. There are
many air conditioners running and the lights are on non -stop no matter the time.

This issue can be addressed with improvements such as the division of the schedule of
mosque committee members so that they take turns in ensuring electricity and water
resources are not wasted. This is to ensure that the state mosque always uses the funds
provided properly. Surplus from the allocation given to pay electricity and water bills can
be used for other development interests for the national mosque.

16

PART 4

4.1 CONCLUSION

Based on data gathered from a variety of sources, including the internet, articles, and
newspapers. In Malaysia, the national mosque is related with religious symbols. Each
building at the national mosque has its own distinct design and architecture. The national
mosque has a capacity of up to 5000 people at any given moment. The aforesaid analysis
can also provide information regarding the public sector's favorable ecosystem (EKSA).
EKSA is a topic that is closely related to the 5S techniques that are commonly used in
Malaysia's public sector. Corporate image, creativity and innovation, green practices, a
suitable environment, and agency diversity are some of the elements that can be related
with national mosques and EKSA. Each of these factors has an effect on the situation of
the national mosque today. The corporate image, for example, needs to be improved in
order to attract more tourists to the national mosque. By repainting the worn walls of the
mosque to make it look more appealing, creativity and invention are demonstrated. The
next environmentally friendly step is the re-preparation of our trash containers in various
areas around the national mosque. In terms of creating a welcoming environment, it is
necessary to provide parking for the disabled so that they can go around more quickly
while visiting the mosque. The goal of implementing EKSA at the national mosque is to
boost the mosque's image around the world. Even with varied activities or religious
programs, visitors to the national mosque will find the mosque to be a tranquil and calm
location. One of the advantages of practicing EKSA is that it helps to develop a good
workforce in a variety of ways, particularly through providing insightful ideas. Increase
the attitude of cooperation in a mosque unit as well. The mosque's management is also
capable of identifying problems and devising innovative solutions. As Muslims, we have
a responsibility to preserve the distinctiveness of all mosques, not only the national
mosque. The country's environment will be more developed as a result of the existence of
EKSA, and it will serve as an example for other Muslim-majority countries.

17

4.2 LEARNING REFLECTION

Based on research on EKSA, as well as making the national mosque one of the most
acceptable instances in this regard It is critical for EKSA to ensure that all points of view
are considered. It is human nature to be concerned about the well-being of the planet on
which we dwell. In EKSA, we learn that everything on Earth is extremely valuable and
should be preserved as much as possible so that future generations can appreciate it as
well. The national mosque, which is a Muslim site of worship, is one example.
Environmental protection has the potential to improve the earth's ecology, which is
degrading as a result of air pollution, open burning, and other human-caused effects. To
raise awareness among all groups, particularly children, the mass media should promote
commercials relating to the issue. Parents can also emphasis to their children the
necessity of protecting the environment. Children are simple to grasp, and their
inclination is to seek out information in order to better their mental health in the future.
The national mosque meets all of the requirements for facilitating public issues involving
religious understanding. Human people will always make mistakes, but knowing how to
fix them will help us to be more visionary in our own lives, which is also related to the
cleanliness, image, and uniformity of the mosque. Every excellent item should be
remembered at all times in order to avoid making mistakes that will cause problems later.
However, because they are able to see the bright side of the situation, mistakes can also
be a lesson for oneself or others. Being a good human being does not imply that people
who have made mistakes are bad people; rather, the greatest approach to help them
improve is to strive to help them. Every difficulty that arises in the national mosque may
be handled with a good management system, and employees may carry out the
obligations assigned to them according to their abilities, while also attempting to learn if
they do not know.
