Introduction To Brand

Hello Ipoh Cafe & Bistro is founded by Andrew Yong the founder in April 2020. This is a
place that provides the customers an environment to release stress from work and also
people who loves to gathering with friend and collegues and celebrate. They provide food
& beverage, entertainment, friendly sta service, and comfortable environment for the
customers. They want every customers to feel comfortable and enjoy their product and
service.

Core Value

This is a combination of cafe and bar which opened from day to night. Provide fresh
food & beverage, friendly sta to serve customers, and entertainment for customers to
relax.

Mission

The mission of the company is to become Malaysia 1st F&B market leader.

Vision

The vision of the company is to make it as a chill out gathering place.

Brand Personality

The company provide chill environment, friendly sta , create trust with customers, and
gives relaxing feeling.

Brand Objectives

First, the company would like to establish an identity or image in the market which is to let
people celebrate an gathering and without having any worries.
Next, they would like to build brand awareness like provide promotion and promotion card
and also set limited live band for the customers.
Furthermore, they also want to promise the beer are original from beer manufactural
without adding colour pigment in it.
Last, they would like to create credibility and trust with customers by delivering the best
service level, and promise their food and beverage have quality control.

The logo is inspired with the beverage stain. IPOH CAFE & BISTRO
The logo was created with typography and a
stain texture behind it which made it looks
modern and simple. The stain can
representing to beer and also created a cafe
environment feel. With the cafe feeling and
the stain that looks like co ee and beer, it
shows the 2 things are combined together.
The colour of the logo is to made it look
modern and simple to let people understand
it.
