Sponsors are a critical part of Converge’s annual Ignite Conference. Every year, hundreds of pastors and leaders come
together to learn how to strengthen their ministry and are inspired to grow the Kingdom. Since 2010, Converge has helped
to plant over 250 churches and is on track to plant hundreds more. Organizations who sponsor Ignite gain access to
hundreds of pastors, church staff and leaders all looking to grow, strengthen, and build their ministry. Over the years, Ignite

GENERAL FAQ

How many participants are expected at the conference?
• We are expecting 600 participants to take part in the 2016 Ignite Conference.

What other benefits will aide sponsors in making business contacts throughout the conference (in addition to the benefits
offered for each sponsorship level)?
• It is very important we encourage all participants to visit sponsors. All conference participants will be given a sponsor Passport

upon check-in to the conference. When a participant of the conference completes a meaningful visit to a sponsor booth, the
sponsor will initial the participant’s passport. Upon receiving a given number of stamps (number of required stamps is to be
determined), participants may turn in their passport for a chance to win several give away items. These opportunities will be
announced to participants at the beginning and throughout the duration of the conference.

Will multiple Platinum and Gold sponsorships be available?
• Yes, multiple sponsorships will be available for each level.

Is conference registration included with sponsorship?
• Yes, each sponsor registration includes two free conference registrations. This includes access to all meals and sessions.

When do sponsor booths need to be manned?
• Booths should be manned during any time conference attendees are on break. Please see the conference schedule at

www.convergeignite.com.

What are booth set up and tear down times?
• Booth set up can begin as early as 10:00am on March 1st. All booth setups must be completed by 4:00pm on March 1st. Tear

down can begin at the close of the conference (noon) March 3rd.

Is there internet/WIFI available for use?
• Yes the entire campus will have free WIFI available for use by the conference attendees and sponsors.

Can I upgrade my sponsorship level after I have already registered?
• Yes, please contact the sponsor coordinator at [email protected] to make the adjustment.
