Conservation: 8 mounths at a constant temperature 10°/25°, dry and unopened.

Short-crust’s ingredients:

wheat flour type "00", margarine (no hydrogenated fats) butter mixed with:
[vegetable oils and fats (Palm, rapeseed), water, butter, whey powder, salt, emulsifiers
(mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), emulsifier: (soy lecithin), honey, spices, acidifier
(citric acid), coloring agent (beta carotene)], sugar, eggs, egg yolk, dextrose, salt,
emulsifier: (soy lecithin), baking powder (sodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen
carbonate), flavour: vanillin.

Chocolate substitute’s ingredients:

sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel), lactose, skim milk powder (8%), emulsifier (soy
lecithin), vanillin, aroma, coloring: E100, E120.

For code 0361i cocoa replaces coloring.

Clarification: the veil, not constant, the surrogate may cause slight differences in weight between
the individual products.
