We moved from another district to have our children attend thisschool! It'sbeen an added bonusthat the middle school FMES filtersinto, Twin Rivers, isequally
amazing. Excellent schools, wonderful teachers, and happy kids. Thisisthe Mountain View Cluster and we can also say the sportsprogramsare top notch!

Thisschool truly caresabout the studentsand strivesto bring out the best in them. My son isnow in 8th grade and it'sbeen an awesome experience. The teacher
teamsare great, the special education / IEP servicesare wonderful and actually do a great job to get your child out of them if & when ready - by actually
helping! I really cannot say enough wonderful thingsabout thisschool. The principal Mrs. Boyd isstern, yet caring. She welcomeseveryone into the school and
makessure the kidsstay on the right track.

If I could give thisschool NO STAR I would! Twin RiversMiddle School isLOADED with racists! The front deskreceptionist to the majority of the facility have NO
PROBLEM exhibiting this. If they show such disgust with the parentsof non-white children imagine how they treat their children. I wasworried and my intuition
wasCORRECT! I don't thinkthere iseven 10 BLACK faculty membersin the entire school. The school showsincompetence! They lost over 10 minority children
shot recordsat the beginning of school. Please DO NOT be fooled by their almost 5 star rating! Lyes! If you love your children and their non- white, especially
blackplease seekeducation where there'smore diversity!

Mountain View High School islocated in Gwinnett County and hasa larger, newer campus. Student demographicsare relatively diverse. Teaching staff within
Gwinnett County Public Schoolsare considered the "Best of the Best".

When you enter Mountain View, you can just tell right off the bat that there isan enveloping sense of community surrounding thisschool. Both the teachersand
studentsare dedicated to learning and caring for one another, much more so than in other nearby schools. Absolutely fantastic school!

The teachersat mountain view truly cared about the studentseducation and strive to present relevant and interesting information to keep studentsengaged. The
school provided plenty of extracurricular activitiesand strove to create an inclusive environment for every student no matter the activity. The only problem with
Mountain View isthe administrationspush for high test scores. The administratorsemphasized the importance of testing and required teachersto set aside days
for test prep, which would take away classtime, especially in AP classes, to learn the material necessary for the AP testsand final exams.

a dirty home, they assume that the current owners did not take care

Most buyers will want a move-in ready property that feels like new. A
long list of chores and repairs right when they move in will not be
appealing and can be daunting to a potential buyer.

Walk through your home, room by room as if you are a buyer and take
