I went there from 2013-2016, I hope it hasgotten better because it wassuch a mediocre experience. I wasgifted, and those were the only classesthat were
halfway decent. I felt bad for the other kids.

Such a breath of fresh air. You meet new studentsand create new relationshipswith them that will last through middle school and hopefully throughout high

haspathwayswhich help me personally choose what career path i wanted to take these pathwaysiswhat makesdiscovery such a great school it helpsstudents
better understand each type of career and can help you choose your career. Then discovery also providesa multitude of extracurricular activitiesand there is
something for everyone so everyone can feel that they are part of something.Overall the experience i had at Discovery High School wasgreat With the educators,
Pathways, and sportsand clubsit wasan experience that changed me to the person i am today.

Discovery High School DHS offersprograms, and classesthat not every student isfortunate enough to obtain. DHS hasthe Clyde L. Strickland Entrepreneurship
Center, an inventive program in which studentsget the chance to dive into their innovative character with unique machinery. The school offersa range of AP
classeslike AP Biology and AP Literature, along with dual-enrollment. Although, some rulescan give off the impression of little free will. For example, during
lunch, the studentsare not allowed to stand after they sit. On the bright side, the school isvery diverse, but the school lacksrespect for people of color,
specifically African Americans/Blacks. I have observed non-blackstudentsjokingly say the "n-word," which can make a person feel unrepresented and
disrespected. Regarding the lackof respect for the culture of African Americans/Blacks, it isdefinitely a school that offersunique privilegesfor their students.

a dirty home, they assume that the current owners did not take care
of the property.
Most buyers will want a move-in ready property that feels like new. A
long list of chores and repairs right when they move in will not be
appealing and can be daunting to a potential buyer.

Walk through your home, room by room as if you are a buyer and take
notes on what needs to be done
Consider having a home inspector come and see if anything needs to
be repaired
Have a yard sale and throw out anything you do not need anymore
