Taylor isa great school! The teachersare great at connecting with students, and the feel of the school isso positive! We are so happy to have our studentsat
Taylor.

We have had some wonderful teachersat Taylor. Unfortunately, the administration doesnot do a good job of supporting or managing their staff and students.
There have been issuesof major bullying and behavior problems, and nothing happensto the bully. There needsto be consequencesfor misbehavior and
bullying, or the child doesn't learn to change their behavior. Too many fantastic teachersare getting frustrated and leaving for other schools. And that isvery
apparent in the special needsteachers. My child hashad a lot of turnover with resource teachers, and it hasbeen very difficult for him to get the educational

I absolutely LOVED thisschool. The principal isso nice and aware on how the studentsare doing. I also loved orchestra. It wasone of my favorite connections. I
recommend going to thisschool. After all at Creekland we are the best and the brightest studentsin ALL of Gwinnett County Public Schools.

I have been at CollinsHill High School since I wasa freshman in 2017 to now, a senior graduating in May 2021! CollinsHill wasa great school to further my
education in asit gave me so many different classesand opportunitiesto choose from. I made strong connectionswith my teachersand I felt that CollinsHill was
were I belonged. Our school mascot isan eagle and I will alwaysbeen an eagle, even after I graduate. My teacher wasthe national teacher of the year in 2020,
and for so many reasons. She showsthat she caresabout our studentsby interacting and listening to us. I will missCollinsHill and the life I have built within it,
but I am also excited for the new journey that I will be taking on after graduation.

My experience with CHHS waspleasant. Throughout my high school yearsI have had amazing, supporting teachers. CollinsHill had many eventssuch as
cultural night which consisted of all the student body coming together and sharing their personal culturesthrough food, music, dancing and so much more. Being
a mostly minority school, I thinkthat CollinsHill thrivesoff of making all races, religions, and beliefsfeel accepted through variousformsof clubsand
extracurricular activities. Being a minority myself, It wasamazing to see how accepting the environment of my school wascompared to others. All of the staff at
CHHS are so friendly and truly did make my high school experience exceptional. I've become friendswith many of the janitorsand lunch ladiesand have
learned valuable lessonsfrom them that I know I'll carry forever. Overall my experience at CollinsHill helped set me up for new opportunitiesaswell asaided in
molding my standardsof learning. They set the bar high!

I have had an overall very average school experience with CollinsHill High School. I have been involved the Orchestra Program for all four yearsof attending
there I thinkthat it hasa generally strong fine artsprogram. However, I thinkthere are many areasthat CollinsHill can improve on. For example, I wish there was
more financial backingsfor our school'sartistic programssuch asorchestra, band, theater, and art . I also wish that our school'sinformation system wasmuch
better. I missed out on countlessscholarship opportunitiessuch asthe GatesMillennium Scholarship because I waseither never informed about them or informed
too late/ past the application deadline.

enters the home for the first time. When a potential buyer walks into
a dirty home, they assume that the current owners did not take care
of the property.
Most buyers will want a move-in ready property that feels like new. A
long list of chores and repairs right when they move in will not be
appealing and can be daunting to a potential buyer.
If needed, we contract professional cleaners and stagers to
showcase your home in the best possible way.

Walk through your home, room by room as if you are a buyer and take
notes on what needs to be done

Consider having a home inspector come and see if anything needs to
be repaired

Have a yard sale and throw out anything you do not need anymore

Repaint and clean walls. Using light, neutral shades have been shown

Should we price it higher just to see what happens?

Setting a very high price just to “see what we get” is never a good idea.
Setting an unreasonably high price usually results in longer time on the
market, which does not look good to buyers and will frustrate you. Many
sellers ask about the price that Zillow or other real estate websites give
for their home. These are not reliable because these sites are only taking
into consideration very general demographics. My job is to determine the
perfect listing price to get your home sold for the most amount of money,
in the shortest amount of time.

What is my home worth?

Determining your home’s market value is one very important reason to use a
real estate agent. I will do a comparative market analysis (CMA) to help you
set the correct listing price. I look at recent sales of comparable homes,
similar homes that are under contract, and homes that are listed in the same
price range of your home. Then I compare features of the homes including
the size, style, number of rooms, age of the home, amenities, condition, lot
size and placement, and the location or neighborhood. (Note: the tax
appraiser’s assessed value of your home has nothing to do with the market
price.)
