This document is Generic for certain type of web and mobile application

project we offer and It is prepared to enable customers know the initial estimated
cost for an application development project, If you would like to change items in
this quote, please let us know immediately using contact information provided
below and we will recalculate it for you. Any amount on this document may
change without prior notice.

Technical details

1. Web Design and Development ​-
This include the ff:
▪ Artistic Design and Mobile layout
▪ Creation of mobile Graphics and mobile skins.
▪ Optimization of graphics to ensure a fast loading page.
▪ Edit, cropping, modification or adjustment of images needed.
▪ Ensure the usability and credibility of every page of the mobile app.
▪ Designing of XML layout for your selected theme/design. .
▪ Coding the function files using latest front-end technologies.
▪ Creating Navigation Menu to be user friendly.
▪ Front-end Technology that will be used is Bootstrap that is very mobile
Friendly and Responsive
▪ Site Search Engine
▪ Back-end Technology that will be used is PHP

2. Mobile App Development -
We will develop the specific functionality and features you needed for your Comp
any web application.

▪ Back-end Technology that will be used is PHP with either framework of
Laravel / Codeigniter

▪ Front-end Technology that will be used is Boostrap / Angular JS 4 for
better UI/UX

▪ Mobile Booking Application Development

If there’s any needed functionality you need for the web application, you
can inform us and we will integrate and develop it for you, but with a
separate price.

Note: some requested functionality may have additional cost​ depends on complexity

3. ​Technical Support - ​We will provide a 6 months FREE technical support for you
after launching your web application. We will answer your question regarding mobile
management, technical details , content management, user management or

anything about operating the web app; we can provide this through email, Video call,
Skype, Yahoo messenger or by phone (check our phone number below).

4. P​ ayment for services​ - At the start of the development process for your
application, you need to pay us 50% of the total development costs, the remaining
balance will be given every development phase so the remaining 50% will be divide
in to two sets 30% and 20%. We will start the development immediately upon
receiving of the initial payment.

50 % - Immediately upon commencing of the project
30% - After 50% of the progress of the project
20% - After User Acceptance Testing and Go live

- Mode of Payment is through bank deposit. Bank details will be given once project is
accepted. An acknowledgment receipt will be given every release of payment.

5. H​ osting Services - ​This one is a separate cost or excluded on the project price.
The cost is 10,000.00 PHP yearly. Directly hosted through I-build servers.

6. Launching - ​We build a detailed launch plan that plans out each step in the
process and who is responsible for that step. We will perform a trial run of this
process and ensure that the steps work as prescribed. This approach minimizes the
chances that an unexpected event will occur and disrupt the process. We also plan
for rollback as a contingency if there is a problem that results in the inability to
launch as planned. Our goal is to ensure that the website(s) go live and as planned.

7. D​ evelopment Span - ​Total number of months of development is
approximately 2-3 months as the fastest and 6 months to be the max.

8. Delivery Standards - ​We pride ourselves on delivering the final product of the
project, according to the following:
- Hosts directly on the servers maintained by I-Build Philippines and deploys the
application and the database with the best protocols and practices
- A document briefing all details of the files and database structures will be
release after the final payment is released also.

- Deliver the complete source code, with the database scripts inf form of
“PATCH” (which is the standard way followed by Raksquad Design and Development
for delivering the source code).
- All copyrights to the website and the web application will be held by the client.

9. ​Confidentiality - The Raksquad Design and Development , during the time of
rendering services to the CLIENT or thereafter, disclose to anyone other than
authorized employees of the CLIENT (or persons designated by such duly authorized
employees of the CLIENT) or use for the benefit of I-Build PH and its employees or for
any entity other than the Company, any information of a confidential nature,
including but not limited to, information relating to: any such materials or intellectual
property; any of the CLIENT projects or programs; the technical, commercial or any
other affairs of the CLIENT; or, any confidential information which the CLIENT has
received from a third party.

10. Terms and Conditions - ​The term of this Agreement shall commence on
immediately upon receipt of the first hand payment for the “Services” and will be
completed depending on the scope of the requirements of the CLIENT, unless earlier
terminated or extended in accordance with this Agreement.

The CLIENT may also terminate this Contract by giving a written notice of at least ten
(10) calendar days. No written notice of termination of this contract from the CLIENT
will make the CLIENT liable to pay the 100% of the project price plus damages on the
service provider.
