8.4 You will be on probation for a period of six months. During the probationary period
sither party may terminate the employment by giving not less than one month's written
nctice or payment of one month's wages in lieu of notice.
8.5 After campleticn of the ptobalionary period, your employment may be terminated by
either party giving one month's notice or pay in lieu of notice. In the event of serious
breach of the terms ol this appcintment the Company may withor,rt notiee terminate
this Agreement.
8.6 Frorn lime to time, yori may be appointed by the Management to other assignments in
the other Companies r,vithin the \TENTURE Group.
8.7 You are required to sign and refum the Personal Data Protection Notice set out in
Schedule 1, which fotms an integral part of the terms and conditions of your
employment.
8.8 All other terms and conditionso where not defined by this lstter or any subsequent
correspondence, will be governed by the Employment Act and its amendments thereto.
While it is not possible to enunterate every possible employment policy and procedure and
com.pensation beneflt in this letter, it must be agreed upon that you should use your best
judgment and effu* in conducting the affairs of the Company and that we in turn will
reecgnize, acknowledge and reward your contribution to the attainment of our business
objectives.
