CHARACTER DEVELOPEMENT
To perform character modeling, the developer
uses the concept of character that is easy to
remember by children. First of all, the developer
will paint the character in the sketchbook
before drawing it over detailed in adobe illustra-
tion. Then, after drawing it in more detail, the
developer will paint it using the same software
that is Paint Tool Sai and then Adobe illustrator.
After that, the developer will clean up charac-
ters that have been prepared for the next pro-
cess.
Inside doing character modeling for the project
This 2D animation, the developers have built
three character. Kelvin, Haikal and Delta .We use
chibi elements because we want to attract public
attention, especially the children of the current
generation who like the Japanese style of ani-
mation

1.Open the Paint Tool SAI software.
2.Take a tool pen to start drawing.
3.Draw the top first i.e. the face and followed
by other limbs.
4.when you are ready to draw the character
from top to bottom, select
which part to color.
5.the character that has been colored will be
stored inside one character -specific folder.
6.This is a character that has been fully devel-
oped with using Adobe Illustration

1.Open the SAI Paint Tool software and continue drawing
Haikal and I used a Opaque type pen and the Brush B for
inking.
2. After finishing drawing and inking the character design,
we used the bucket tool to insert the color and I used the
color

3.After finishing drawing and coloring we do the work of
save as to png form and Import the file into Adobe llustrator
tone principle and also the water brush principle when we
started the coloring work

The object in our story is a thermometer because it is symbolic
if there is a covid infection the thermometer is able to detect
our body temperature.below are the steps to produce a ther-
mometer is:
1.produce a thermometer model
2.draw using the pen tool in adobe illustrator
3.use color reference to make the color more realistic and
beautiful
4.add blur effect and also shadows to look more realistic

Developers develop backgrounds with guided by the storyline
that has been created. Developer will refer to the storyboard to
get more a suitable background to place. Developer will
sort the objects that have been created to be a complete and
neat background
In addition, the color used on each backgroundwho have used
soft and bright colors on every background that has been cre-
ated. Background revolves around urban areas also I use beauti-
ful colors along with additional special effects have been placed
on the background that we have produced

The developer develops the background based on the storyline
that has been created. Developers will refer to storyboards to
get more suitable backgrounds to place. The developer will ar-
range the objects that have been created into a complete and
neat background
Also, the colors used on each background have used soft and

the diagram above shows the arrangement of objects in the
animation process arranged together with the characters in a
scene
a strategic arrangement is able to produce a more dramatic
and beautiful scene

MOVEMENT
After going through the process of modeling characters, objects
and backgrounds back, then the development phase of the move-
ment will be made in this 2D animation. Before making the de-
veloper movement will start with
arrange the movements in advance. Once ready all arrangement
movements, development will put the character to start moving
it
according to the arranged movements. After that, mouth move-
ments according to dialogue should also be done to show a facial
expression
real. After completion of placing the characters and its move-
ment, the background will be placed once with the characters so
that it becomes one scene complete.There are several ways to
move modeling such as using a "frame", foot movements such as
walk cycle -most difficult movement to do in this animation is
movement the character is sitting at the chair and drinking
water

the scene above is a viral scene that is moving and laughing at
Kelvin because Kelvin doing something tha can risk him to
being infected by Covid-19
The scene above shows the direction of Kelvin's mother's voice
which is angry because Kelvin wants to go out but doesn't
wear a face mask

The movement from this scene is like a object hovering at
someone head shown the covid is already infected the bodies.

CONCLUSION
This project is very important because it has el-
ements of personal safety. Our project has had
a positive impact from our audience. Finally, we
have created something that stands out to our
audience.
INTRODUCTION
This chapter describes the conclusions of the
project, among which are concept art, “Mock
ups” and sketches. Then, followed by the con-
clusion that is the strengths, advantages, disad-
vantages and weaknesses of our project. In ad-
dition, this chapter is important because ideas,
concepts, information and so on can be searched
so that the 2D animation that we will do is
quality and can attract the interest and atten-
tion of the audience.
VISCOM
The ratings we got from the audience, jury and
panel of judges were above average and good.
Some of the comments and feedback that have
been given the story is easy to understand to
the audience but the storyline is too short. He
also gave a critique that the resolution of our
animations and videos was a bit broken. Overall,
the panel of evaluators gave moderate criticisms
namely positive and negative
