Translated from the Hebrew word paga in the Old Testament, it implies a falling upon or a capturing of the moment and its scenario. It is also translated as “lighted upon,” “fall upon,” “reach into,” and “met.” It also prophetically describes the intercession of Jesus and how the Holy Spirit depicts the mandates of God operating through a person. Intercessors will establish outposts of prayer wherever they are assigned. From these locations, Kingdom business is conducted by God through His people.
