PT Ciputra Development Tbk is engaged in the development and sale of real estate, apartments,
office space, shopping centers, recreation areas and facilities and the provision of services related to
the design, development and maintenance of residential facilities, including but not limited to golf
courses, family clubs , restaurants and other recreation centers and their facilities. The company
started commercial operations in 1984. PT. Sang Pelopor is the main holding company of the
company and its subsidiaries.
