TUJUAN / PURPOSE:
Kertas Penerangan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada murid tentang
pengenalan, jenis dan rekaan pakaian kasual. Murid juga akan mengetahui tentang
jenis bentuk badan, prosedur untuk menghasilkan pakaian kasual dan fabrik yang
sesuai digunakan untuk menghasilkan pakaian kasual.

PENERANGAN / INFORMATION :

1. SPESIFIKASI PAKAIAN KASUAL
Pakaian kasual ialah pakaian yang tidak formal. Biasanya pakaian ini dipakai
semasa melakukan aktiviti santai seperti bersiar, bersukan atau membeli belah.
Untuk iklim tropika yang panas dan lembap, fabrik yang sesuai untuk pakaian kasual
ialah fabrik kapas, kapas campuran dan linen.

iii. Perkara yang perlu diambil perhatian semasa mengambil ukuran
badan:

 Ukuran badan perlu diambil oleh orang lain.
 Pelanggan perlu memakai pakaian yang ringkas atau nipis (tidak

mempunyai banyak gelembung dan memakai coli yang selesa untuk
mendapat hasil ukuran yang tepat).
 Pelanggan hendaklah berdiri tegak tanpa memakai kasut.
 Tanda kedudukan pinggang dengan mengikat tali atau reben.
 Ukuran jangan terlalu ketat atau terlalu longgar.
 Ambil ukuran badan 2 atau 3 kali untuk mendapatkan ukuran yang lebih tepat
 Catat ukuran yang diambil dalam borang seperti di bawah.
