Q Where can I access the exam registration form?
A The exam registration form links can be found here. Alternatively, these are provided to your agency leaders as well.

Q Is there anything that I can do to know the schedule of my exam?
A You can directly ask your leader to know your exact exam schedule. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at [email protected]. You will receive an email

from [email protected] containing all the details of your exam, available exam schedules, and other updates.

Q I will no longer take the exam. How can I file for a refund?
A Please reach out to our Licensing Team to know if your refund request is valid. Submit a letter of request, together with your licensure exam

payment slip, and a valid government ID to [email protected]. Our Licensing Team will provide you with updates within 48 hours.

(Please note that refund request is subject for approval and could take 30 days.)

Q Is it possible to switch from an online to an onsite/offsite exam and vice versa? If so, how?
Transferring from one exam set up to another may be allowed if any of the following conditions are met: (1) Your preferred exam date has not been confirmed yet, (2)

A Your payment has not been submitted yet to Finance for processing, (3) Your payment has not been remitted to IC and IIAP, or (4) You have paid additional payments
to cover the excess fees of the transfer, if any.

If you met any of these conditions above, you’re entitled to refund your exam fee. Kindly send an email request to [email protected].

Q Is it possible to change my exam schedule even though my initial exam date has been confirmed?
A Once your exam schedule has been confirmed, you will no longer be able to reschedule your exam date. However, if IC or IIAP decides to cancel the exam, you will

receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how file for a reschedule.

Q When and where can I get my exam result?
A • IIAP onsite examinees can get their results directly from their exam provider. Results are released within the day.

• IIAP online examinees can get their results either from our Licensing Team or their respective Leaders. Results are released 10 working days from the last day of
the exam.

• IC online and onsite examinees can get their results either from our Licensing team or their Leaders. Results are released 2-3 weeks after the exam date.

Q Can I make multiple registrations to secure an exam date?
A No. Creating multiple registrations to get an exam schedule will result to the cancellation of your registration.

Q If I fail to receive my own exam link / schedule after registering, who should I reach out? What information should I provide that specific contact?
A You may follow up via [email protected] for your exam link at least 2 days before your scheduled exam. Please provide the following information when

following up: Type of Exam and Name of Recruit. Don't forget to add the exam date if onsite exam.

Q For online exams, can I take it at a public space where there’s a strong internet connection?
A Taking your online exam outside is prohibited. Please ensure to take the exam at a secure location and without anyone in the room. Taking the exam at a public place

will result in disqualification.

Q Can I take the online exam using my mobile phone or tablet?
A Please make sure to use a laptop when taking the online exam.

Q I misspelled the name of my recruit upon registration. What should I do?
A Please coordinate with our Licensing Team, so they can update your records. Please note that should you already have a confirmed exam with IC or IIAP, an update

of your record may result in forfeiture of your confirmed examination.

Q What if I get sick on the day of my exam?
A Please be advised that examinees with COVID-related cases is entitled for a rescheduling. Examinees who have other medical conditions will result in disqualification,

and you’ll be required to make a new payment.

Q I already registered for the exam. Can I still change the email address that I initially logged in the registration form?
A Changing your email address when you already have a confirmed exam in IC and IIAP will result in forfeiture of your examination. Please ensure that you input an

email address that is active and accessible, so you won’t encounter problems receiving communication materials pertaining to your exam.

A You can take your exam within 7 days and at any hour of the day. contents

Q What if I fail to take my exam within the 7-day period?
A If you cannot take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or acts of God, please inform our Licensing Team within 4 days of your

exam schedule.

Q How will I know my batch assignment? Can I choose my batch assignment?
A You will receive your batch assignment from the licensing team once your submission has been successfully verified. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your own

batch assignment.

Q When can I get my exam registration link?
A Your exam link will be sent to you through your registered email address 15 to 20 days after our Licensing Team confirms your Batch assignment.

Q Can I choose my exam date?
A With the current state of the IC ACE booking system, examinees cannot choose an exam date. This is because there are limited number of slots available when IC

opens up the registration portal. Examinees are booked by the Licensing Team on the best available exam option instead.

Q What should I do after I get my exam registration confirmation?
A IC will send you an email containing the exam registration link. Please ensure to read through the email as guidelines set by IC are stipulated on the email. Please

register using the link at least 8 hours before your exam schedule to avoid forfeiture of your payment.

Q What do I do after registering using the link provided?
A Wait for IC’s email confirmation. If registration was successful, IC will send you a join meeting link where you can access the exam room.

If failed or rejected, please coordinate this immediately to our Licensing Team so that they can raise this to IC for confirmation.

Q How can I get the password for the exam?
A After successful registration, you’ll be given an opportunity to enter a virtual exam room via a meeting link. Kindly wait for the proctor to let you in. The proctor will

provide you with the password for the exam.

Q Can I retake my exam without additional fees?
A Unfortunately, retaking the exam would result to a fee.
Q My previous exam schedule was cancelled. What should I do?
A The licensing team will send out an email with options on how you can register for the exam again.

Q I have encountered a connectivity issue during my exam, can I have it rescheduled?
A Please coordinate this immediately to the Licensing Team at [email protected], so they can raise this to IC. Rescheduling of the examination with or without

extra fees is subject to the approval of IC and usually takes at least 30 days.

Q The proctor asked me to leave the exam room and coordinate with the Licensing Team on my rescheduling
A If the proctor asks you to leave the exam room, please coordinate this immediately with the Licensing Team at [email protected] and provide the instruction

given by the proctor. The Licensing Team will raise this to IC subject for their approval of rescheduling with or without additional exam fees. This usually takes at least
30 days.
