CAMPAIGN TITLE
Bright Ideas
DESCRIPTION
Re-launch of the 'Big Save' campaign. Big Save launched in July 2017 and has
received a total of 1214 views on the Intranet page.

'Bright Ideas' is an internal staff campaign to encourage and inspire BCUHB staff
to come up with and share their ideas, no matter how big or small, on how we can
save money.
OBJECTIVE
Campaign will have a consistent, stand alone design and will comprise of posters,
an intranet page, internal staff emails, signature banners and inclusion in
corporate bulletins. All collateral and internal comms to have a clear CTA to
submit an idea via email, post or online form.
Designated email address to be set up: [email protected] where all ideas
will be submitted for review.
Aim to achieve increased campaign awareness throughout BCUHB from
campaign launch date to April 1st 2018. We will carry out a short survey in April
2018 to analyse how many of our staff were aware of this initiative.
Of all the views we receive on the Intranet page, we would like to receive at least
10% of those viewers submit an idea.
Competition: Top 3 best ideas to be judged by a judging panel in April 2018. 3
winners who will win laptops/Tablets provided by Centerprise.
CAMPAIGN
COMPETITION
INTRODUCTION
We propose to partner with Centerprise to run a competition alongside this
campaign. Staff will be encouraged to submit their idea via an online form
or by email/post.

COMPETITION CLOSE
All entries will be collected by April 1st 2018 and sent to a panel to announce 3x
winners. Judging Panel to comprise of 5 members of BCUHB staff and
Centerprise staff combined.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Email to all users to announce 3x winners as part of an overview of what ideas we
received and ideas we intend to move forward with.
Winning ideas will have the applicant partnered with a finance member of staff
who will implement the idea and see it through for a minimum of 6 months.
Important that we share with the organisation the developments and success of
each of the ideas taken forward.
PRIZES
We will need 3x laptops OR tablets from Centerprise. In return, Centerprise logo
will be included in all e-shots and intranet page. We will showcase to the
organisation how they have helped us save money and encourage all, no matter
how big or small the idea is, to join in and enter our competition!

Once submitted, entrant will receive a 'thank you' message. Each entry will be
collated onto an excel CSV file which will be downloaded monthly for review and
sent to Finance Lead.
