Terminologies Personally Purchased Volume (PPV) is the volume from orders that are personally purchased directly from Herbalife by you. Everyone at all levels in the Marketing Plan accumulates PPV when they order directly from Herbalife. Downline Volume (DLV) is the volume from orders that are purchased from Herbalife by all of your non-Supervisor downline Distributors and Preferred Customers. My Preferred Customer Volume (MPCV) is the volume from orders that are purchased by your personally enrolled Preferred Customers. This volume can be used towards your Personally Purchased Volume (PPV) requirement for higher level discounts/qualifications in the marketing plan.
