The Life of
January

My First Friend Lara :)

I met one of my closests friends in first grade which was 8 years ago.
I didn’t go to the first day of school since my mom forgot, so on the
second day I went and said hi to all my friends from kindergarten.
After that, my school usually did our routine which was the pledge
allegiance and morning announcements. As,we were done I realized
there were kids I never seen before but back then I didn’t know what
was going on , so it didn’t really matter to me, AS soon as we entered
the class I was confused because I didn’t know where to sit and as I
sat down I realized I’m sitting down next to someone I didn’t know. I
didn’t know where to put my lunchpail so I asked the girl next to me
which is Lara and she said “Under your desk” . I didn't listen to her
so I just put it in my backpack and my teacher got mad at me. But
from there me and her started talking and now she is basically my
family and will always be my family.

First day of middle school

ONe of the most important life event that shaped who I am was the
first day of sixth grade at Stephen White. I remember walking to my
homeroom which was room 64 at the time and I saw all the 8th
graders with their friends screaming since they haven't seen each
other all summer. Everything was fine until going to third period. I
remember I didn't know where Mr.Charnofsky classroom was athen
I asked an adult and she said to follow this kid who was running to
eventually I caught up to him and we entered the class together.
This day really opened my eyes since I came from a catholic school.

Seattle 2017

Another important life event is when I went to Seattle this year with
my friends. Janna and I met two girls from Hawaii, Kaylie and
Maddy, and then we met the boys from Alaska which is Izaiha,
Osias,Levi,Danniel,and Andrew. This one day was very memorable
since we met people from the vietnamese war which was very
emotional and interesting. Another reason why it was memorable
because it was the first time I met the boys from Alaska. I was really
scared to talk to them but then later we started talking and became
really close with a game of Uno and just exploring the city. The next
day we went to the mall to look for clothes and Maddy needed
makeup so we went in Sephora. Izaiha was with me and Janna and
started making jokes about how all the makeup looked the same and
how this lip balm looked like a mcdonalds toy.

My Late Bday Hangout

The last event is when I went to Hollywood with my “twin”. Her
mom wanted to take me out since it was my birthday ,so they took
me to buffalo wild wings.Before we left, I had to go to the restroom
so Celeste and I went and when we came back there was about 6
workers around the table. I was so confused but I saw that the lady
had a microphone and i was like oh no. She started saying happy
birthday and I was so embarrassed but at the same time i thought it
was funny since a lot of people were suprised my name is January.
After we went to Hollywood City Walk and we were hoping to see
youtubers but sadly we didn't but still it was fun to explore the city.

January Gemma Prado Sapinoso was born at St.Mary’s Hospital in
Long Beach,California on May 26,2004. I am half Filipino and half
Mexican ,also I love my friends.
