Shelly’s Beach Pavilion is Williamstown’s leading function space for all
events and functions. We pride ourselves in ensuring that you and your
guests enjoy every moment of your event. We will plan the event
thoroughly with you every step of the way to ensure every detail is
perfect. You can be assured that you will receive the highest standard of
service, delicious local foods and most importantly that you will be able
to relax and enjoy your day knowing that our highly trained and
professional staff will take care of you.
With three versatile function spaces we can cater to any sized function.
We have extensive experience hosting christenings, engagement parties,
weddings, birthdays, business conferences and any other
function.Everything at Shelly’s can be tailored to suit your needs,
making it the perfect location for your next function.
We believe helping you to put together the perfect function means
giving you options. Choose from a stand-up
cocktail/canapé style event, a more formal sit-down style function, or we
can customise a package suited to your specific needs. We are fully
licenced and have the best quality products and service to ensure your
drinks are served with perfection. We are flexible with beverage options
and can offer beverage packages as well as customised bar tabs.
We have three event spaces available for different
sized functions.
The Function Room
With a minimum of 30 guests you can enjoy the magnificent beach views and
privacy of our Function Room for a sit-down or cocktail style event. Our
function space can seat a maximum of 80 guests or 150 for cocktail style
events. The function room has a portion of the deck allocated for your
private use throughout your function and has its own fully operational bar
and bathrooms.
The Restaurant
The Restaurant is the perfect space for larger functions. Seating up to 140
people, this space is perfect for wedding receptions. It can also be used for
larger cocktail functions, hosting up to 250 people. Functions in the
Restaurant will also have a portion of the deck allocated for function guests.
Ceremony Deck Hire
You can hire our picturesque deck for your wedding ceremony. Say "I do"
standing meters from the beach. Deck hire includes full set-up of seating, red
carpet and a decorated arbor.
Whole Venue hire
We have the options for you to exclusively book out our entire venue. This
gives you private access to the deck, the function room and the restaurant
space. This is especially perfect for weddings, where the ceremony and
reception are on site. Making for an effortlessly smooth day. Speak to our
functions staff about minimum spend requirements.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Confirmation of Booking / Deposit
A tentative booking will be held for 7 days, after which time if a deposit has not been made the booking will automatically
be released. Shelly’s Beach Pavilion requires a $1500.00 deposit to secure your booking.
2. Minimum Spend
Shelly’s Beach Pavilion reserves the right to apply a minimum spend for functions. Where a minimum spend has been
agreed on, if the food and beverage consumed is not equal to or greater than the minimum spend, the difference is
considered room hire.
3. Final Numbers
Final number must be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. This will be the minimum number charged for.
4. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation where less than 60 days notice is provided by you, the deposit is nonrefundable.
5. Payment & Event Details
All food and beverage selections must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event, including any dietary requirements. Shelly’s
Beach Pavilion reserves the right to change or substitute any of the menu items due to seasonal availability, however we
will notify the client of any changes and do our best to ensure all menu and beverage items are readily available as per the
client's request.
The final payment for food must also be made 2 weeks prior to the event date. The bar tab can be prepaid prior to, or
upon the completion of the event. Our methods of payment are cash, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. The deposit will be
deducted from the final account.
6. BYO Policy
Outside food and beverages of any kind are not to be consumed at Shelly’s Beach Pavilion, with the exception of
celebration cakes. A cakeage fee of $2 per person will be charged for cutting, plating and serving externally sourced
dessert.
7. Decorations
We are happy for you to decorate our functions spaces, however, nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to
any surface.
8. Conduct at the Event
Shelly’s Beach Pavilion reserves the right to refuse entry and or service to any person causing damage, harm, injury and/
or disruption to any other person or item.
9. Supply of Alcoholic Beverages
Shelly’s Beach Pavilion reserves the right to exclude or eject any person found to be intoxicated from the premises without
refund to the client, as per liquor license laws.
10. Noise Restrictions
Shelly’s Beach Pavilion management has the right to control noise and music levels in the venue to comply to licensing
requirements in place from 11:00pm. These noise restrictions may include closing doors at deck entrance and silencing the
subwoofers.
11. Responsibility
The client is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or any other property on or in the care of
Shelly’s Beach Pavilion, which is caused by the client or any other person attending the function. We do not accept
responsibility for the loss of personal items.
