Zumba keeps your body healthy and your immune system

strong, preventing you from being ill. Zumba is a total-body

workout that is also beneficial to your heart health.







How does zumba help people?

Zumba is beneficial to people because it offers numerous benefits.

People enjoy Zumba because it makes them joyful, enhances their

confidence, and helps them become more flexible. It helps in the

maintenance of your body's health. The hips, abs, thighs, and buttocks

are the primary targets of Zumba exercise. Zumba can help you lose

weight while also lessening your risk of heart disease, lowering your

blood pressure and bad cholesterol and increasing your good

cholesterol.

In your own words, describe Alberto “Beto Perez”. How is he different from

other people?

He is a nice person. Based on his story I can really say that he works hard

to reach his goals and dreams and to give his mother a more comfortable

life. Alberto Perez is a Zumba instructor, choreographer, and businessman

from Colombia. He was said to have been born to a single mother and to

have worked three jobs by the age of 14 only to support himself and his

mother. Perez had hoped to make it as a dancer someday, but due to a

lack of funds, he was forced to settle for a job as an aerobics instructor.

Beto wanted to develop exercise programs that were not only entertaining

but also incredibly effective. His goal was to develop exercise programs

with a fun atmosphere and a positive vision. He developed a global empire

by assisting people in having fun while also burning calories. Given the

challenges he overcame, his accomplishments are all the more astounding.

What were the contributions of Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion in

Zumba?



Alberto Perez made contact with Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion.

Alberto Perlman was an unemployed 24-year-old when he co-founded

How will you differentiate aerobics and Zumba?

Zumba is a Latin-inspired fitness program. Zumba sessions

As a result, when you engage in aerobic activity, your heart

rate and breathing naturally increase, allowing you to keep
