is a Class A, state-of-the-art office tower situated alongside the Guadalupe River in
the heart of downtown San Jose. Designed by HKS Architects, the building joins
its twin tower, located at 333 W. San Carlos Street, to create San Jose’s most
distinctive office building complex. The building’s striking granite-clad exteri-

The block-long 2-tower office campus features a central courtyard with
lush landscaping, seating with fire pit and fountains, providing a park-
like feel with a strategic, convenient Central Business District loca-
tion. Riverpark Tower II received LEED Gold certification from the
U.S. Green Building Council - the first office building in San Jose
to receive this certification - which acknowledges leadership in
energy and environmental design standards.

or salvaged more than 75% of non-hazardous construction and demolition
debris during construction of the building
:: Low-Emitting Materials All Shell and Core adhesives, paints, sealants and
carpets used in the construction of the building are low-VOC content
:: Certified Wood 50% of wood-based materials and products used are cer-
tified in accordance with the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) which pro-
motes the management and protection of the world’s forests
:: Preferred Parking 5% of the project’s on-site parking has been set aside

:: Tenant Design Guidelines SteelWave will provide design guidelines to all

from renewable resources
