Abstract

This research seeks to show the effects of İbn
Qudaamah Al magdisi ( 220AH) in interpretation
of the jurisprudential terms which were named the
jurisprudential doors. It tries to study these terms
a linguistic study by exploring its linguistic
significances and origins, and searching in its
structures and the consequent significances of that
structure.

The study seeked to show Ibn Qudaamah
approach in the interpretation of the
pronunciation and language resources which have
been documented by him. Also the semantic,
grammar and derivation matter which has been
studied by him. The jurisprudential books
consider one of the rich references for the
liguistic studies ; because our scholars have
presented useful studies and accurative
investigations in order to give the Muslim people
all what they need to raise their cognitive side ,
and to know the legal rules and understand and
receive it in a best way and structure. One of
these references is (Al maghni) book for Imam
Muwafaq Al Deen İbn Qudaamah Abdullah Bin
Ahmad Bin muhammed Al Magdisi.(620AH).
