I Am Poem
I am loving and sweet.
I wonder what else is in the world that we haven’t discovered.
I hear people typing on computers.
I see a great future with my friends.
I want to have a good school year.
I am loving and sweet.
I pretend that I know what I’m talking about.
I feel excited because I get to see my friend.
I touch fluffy dogs.
I worry about my family.
I cry when I get frustrated and upset.
I am loving and sweet.
I understand everything is not always going to go how I planned and
how I thought it was going to go.
I say do what makes you happy.
I dream that the world will become a better place.
I try to do my best and stay happy at all times.
I hope that my life will be everything I want it to be.
I am loving and sweet.

Look in the Mirror Poem
I look in the mirror and what do I see?
A sweet, smart, caring person looking back at me.
I’m really good at running
and I like to go to the mall.
I spend lots of time playing sports
And I can’t wait for fall.
I could improve trying to stay more focused
and talking in front of a lot of people is hard for me.
But I know if I try, I’ll be the best I can be.

Opposite Poem
I love hanging out with my friends and family.
I dislike when people lie to me.
I have lots of shoes.
I want to get more dogs.
My friends say I am really sweet.
My family says I am athletic.
One day I will buy a jeep.
I will never hate animals.
My favorite foods are mac & cheese and spaghetti
I will never eat squid.
I feel sad when I miss people.
I feel happy when I’m with the people I love.
I feel safe when I’m around people.
I feel scared when I think something bad is going to happen.

Anger is red.
It sounds like the boom of thunder during a storm.
It tastes like burnt hot popcorn.
It smells like a forest on fire.
Anger feels like waves washing you up on shore.

Winter is my favorite season.
I love it for so many reasons.
I like it best when it snows.

While we wait for the next snow storm.

Limerick
There once was a girl named Maddie,
she had a cousin named Addy.
Their nicknames were the Giggle Twins,
because they always had huge grins.
They got in trouble for being too chatty.

Mystery Poem
I went outside, and what did I find?
A box to open. I hope no one will mind.
It was tied on top with a bow of blue.
I was so excited, it looked so new!
I opened it up to see the surprise,
And inside there was an amazing set of supplies.

I Have A Dream Poem
I h ave a dream that boys and girls will be treated equally in sports.
Having equal facilities and practice times would be nice.
Additionally there should be the same emphasis on both genders sports.
Victory would be obtained by all.
Ev eryone would win if it was equal for all.
Ap plause for both boys and girls teams.
Dividing the resources equally will help achieve this dream.
Re alistically it's possible if we work together.
Each of us must do our part.
Ai ming high should be our goal for both boys and girls.
Many would benefit from the success.
