BizLabs Technology Scalerator

BizLabs is a Scalerator for Haredi founder's advanced
stage startup companies. The program is designed for
6-7 start-ups in each cycle who for 6 months receive
full services, access to multinational corporations,
professional workshops and an investor forum.

This is the fifth cohort of the BizLabs Scalerator
with locations in both Jerusalem and Bnei Braq in
partnership with the Wolfson Medical Center.

The goal of the program is to improve the success
rate of start-ups with Haredi founders. Our vision is
to be the leading platform in Israel to promote tech
companies in the Haredi community.

Our mission is to scale advanced stage Haredi startups,
across all industries. The program is fully subsidized
and we take no equity.

Bizmax
Entrepreneurship

and Innovation
Center

Bizmax is a business and innovation workspace for
Ultra-Orthodox men, residents of Jerusalem. It was
founded by the Kemach Foundation, Achim Global
and the Jerusalem Development Authority.
Bizmax was established to encourage the integration
of the Ultra-Orthodox men within the labor market
and is designed for entrepreneurs, consultants
and business owners from various fields. Since its
establishment, over 100 Ultra-Orthodox companies
and entrepreneurs have joined Bizmax.

The workspace offers shared co-working space,
private offices, conference rooms and shared
offices. Bizmax also provides a variety of consulting
services, business development, workshops,
courses and other activities to guide businesses
and to help companies grow professionally.

Achim Global
Foundation

The Achim Global Foundation cultivates the Ultra-
Orthodox economy through a variety of business
ventures and projects. Achim Global operates
an Ultra-Orthodox business social network that
advances both entrepreneurs and employees within
the world's largest family — Ultra-Orthodox Jewry.
The Achim Global employment division is operated
by 'Genesis', a company that leads employment
solutions for the ultra-Orthodox sector over the
past decade.
Achim Global is a partner in establishing and running
Bizmax, the Business and Entrepreneurship Center
in Jerusalem, and also established the Achim Global
Center for entrepreneurship and businesses in
Bnei-Braq. Achim Global Fund helps entrepreneurs
and businesses target investors and secure both
financing and financial credit.

The Kemach
Foundation

The Kemach Foundation – Career Advancement for
the Haredi population is the largest and the most
important organization in Israel focusing on Haredi
employment.
The Foundation was established in 2008 by Mr. Leo
Noe from the United Kingdom and subsequently,
more philanthropists joined. The mission is to raise the
aggregate wealth of the Ultra-Orthodox community in
Israel by offering fair employment opportunities and
increasing employment diversity within all industries
in Israel.
The Foundation runs numerous projects, some in
collaboration with the Israeli government, with a total
budget of $27 million a year.

Jerusalem
Development

Authority

Since its establishment, the Jerusalem Development
Authority has accumulated extensive experience in the
public arena in the capital and is a leading organization
for the city’s design and development. The Authority
acts as a generator which advances the city’s
development, deepens its beauty and strengthens
its economy. The Authority creates opportunities to
interface with other entities, integrates between the
public and the private sector, and offers the private
sector opportunities for growth and development.
The Authority has promoted hundreds of projects,
greatly contributing to the city’s quality of life, and
transformed Jerusalem into an international hub for
innovation, excellence, and a source of pride for
Jerusalem residents.

Greetings!

We have the privilege to witness the graduation of the fifth BizLabs startup
cycle. Each cycle is exciting with innovative technologies, new entrepreneurs,
ventures they build, and the milestones they reach.

During this period of over two years we have been deeply exposed to the
challenges and difficulties that ultra-Orthodox entrepreneurs need to overcome,
and at the same time we see the contribution that these young businesses will
add to the Israeli economy.

Thirty-five companies have graduated in five cycles, seven in each cycle. We
are amazed by the progress that these companies have made in many areas:
acquiring first clients, planning pilot testing, fundraising, and more. Yitzik and I
especially appreciate the amount of hard work our founders do and the faith
needed to succeed in breaking the glass ceiling.

The corona crisis has caused many changes in the business world. For young
companies it's harder now to raise funding, develop pilots and establish
partnerships. Today the situation has changed with investors tending to take less
risks during this period and mainly funding later stage projects.

For these reasons we have expanded the duration of the cycle, given more
professional content, and invested more in the right mentors and helpful
workshops.

The startups that you will read about in this brochure are the leaders of the new
Ultra-Orthodox high-tech wave in Israel. We hope that the general population
will appreciate these pioneers and lend them a hand, for the benefit of the entire
society.

We are very proud of the ecosystem that we have created! We have the best
mentors in the industry. Our members gain skills through specially designed
workshops. BizLabs has partnered with multinational companies that have hosted
us, and accompanied our participants. We regularly meet with some of the most
inspired investors in the industry.

We hope to enjoy the great success of our newly created companies. We
predict that the Ultra-Orthodox population will soon be properly represented
in the tech world, and BizLabs will be a source of pride for the entire Startup

Concrete is a mixture of natural materials that change over time.
While concrete leaves the factory in the truck mixer it has a life time that is
limited up to 90 minutes.
Over this time the quality of the concrete changes adversely.
To compensate for the loss of quality, drivers add water to the concrete at
the construction site in an inaccurate and uncontrolled manner that reduces
the quality of the concrete.
For these reasons, the production costs are high because they are forced to
add additional cement (most expensive component to the concrete) to the
concrete mixture.

Every 30 seconds a lower limb is amputated around the world due to
diabetes.
12% of the population suffers from diabetes, 15% of them will undergo
an amputation, 85% of them preceded by a foot wound. To aid and heal
the wounds we must use an offloading technique. Offloading helps
wound healing. The ones on the market are not saving legs or preventing
amputations.

The solution:
Remote controlled dynamic orthotic.
Physicians may control more frequently the offloading on the wound, hasten
healing, and avoid amputations, save funds on treatments and hospitalizations
and more.

All traffic jams are caused due to a "balance-violation" between parameters,
when this balance is "violated", "shock-waves" of repeated acceleration and

ways to maintain and restore this balance, is by dynamic speed management.

The solution:
We are developing an AI based model to predict and manage network events
and crises in real-time, by receiving data from existing infrastructures and
analyzing it using our model. Then managing the road speed dynamically
using variable speed limit signs, we will be able to significantly reduce
congestions on major roads all over the world.
